Where on earth do I start. Three days before my engagement I ordered stickers to create a welcome sign. It turned out AMAZING but to go beyond that I’d like to share a story to paint a picture on what kind of service you’ll receive. The day before my engagement I was running extremely late to pick up my stickers and I do I do was located 1 hour away from me, I called up and asked the staff if someone could take it home where I can pick it up later on in the night, although the lovely woman I spoke to wasn’t heading home that night, she refused to hang up the phone until she found a staff member who could take it home for me. They truly went above and beyond to make my day that extra bit special. I couldn’t never choose another company to create custom items other than I do I do and I’m glad I did I did ;)

I have been regular client of Ido Ido, I can't thank enouph of the team. They look after my work and all the allocated jobs so well. I am able to put up great events with their ongoing support. I am so thankful I finally have a great partnership with the printing company for all my upcoming events.

Eren & the team were absolutely amazing! The design process was extremely smooth & seamless. From start to finish the communication was fantastic & prompt. We were a bit indecisive in which design direction to go with as we were spoilt for choice but their suggestions & advice were perfect & on point. We appreciated their expertise. The final prints for our welcome signs, seating plans, and menu/name cards were incredible & such high quality. Would highly recommend as the team are extremely professional and the turn around time couldn't be any faster.

We had a large order with a number of products which have been printed in stages over the course of the last five months.

The designer we were paired with took on board all of our ideas and amendments and was extremely responsive throughout the process.

Production times were always quicker than quoted - with most products turning around in less than a week.

We had an issue with the quality of some of our printing, Eren and Ebru were willing to discuss options to rectify the matter; we ultimately came to a decision that we were satisfied with.

I cannot fault these siblings on their customer service and dedication to upholding the standard of product that people have come to expect from them.

Zipped in. Got some invites done with their creative graphics team and then 20mins to print, finished. Their service was professional and they had alot of good ideas and were able to price match online prices I saw. Their print quality is great and you can tell they are experienced in what they do. Will def be back if i need to get more done.

So happy with the service from these guys. We had our wedding welcome sign, our seating chart, our table menus, another framed sign and our wishing well all done at ido-ido. The design process was easily done instore over a skype call with one of their designers who delivered exactly what I wanted. I must say, I was honestly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was. And the turn around was sooooo quick. Ordered on a Friday morning and all the finalised designs were ready to pick up 2 days later on the Sunday.
The staff are all great and we were always welcomed with big smile. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed and highly recommend them. *Will add photos after the wedding.

The team there are so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process!
They are also reasonable priced compared to other companies and the quality that everything come out. We couldn’t be more happy!

I got my wedding invitations made from here and they were absolutely amazing. I came on a Friday after lunch and I had some stuff arounds with my original invites so had to get them redone. I needed them reprinted ASAP and the team manage to get them all printed and done for me within the hour. I was so grateful. Their service is absolutely incredible.
