Some good deals, customer service is good , staff always ready to help.
Good lay out of store.
Big store ,stocks are good , can get most groceries and all the brands.
Has a good personal care area. Great range of shampoos, hair products.

I love this place. The staff is energetic and helpful..shop is well stocked with fresh and variety of fruits plus veggies. The juice counter is awesome.

Why can't dry goods be placed first and have cold goods towards the end then the checkout.

Always easy to get around on my scooter, and the staff are lovely

I haven't been here for months as I generally get home delivery and alot has changed. Well stocked..even more self serve checkouts than before.. and not too busy.. guessing due to covid increases. 1 checkout with an actual person to greet you..bit sad that these self checkouts are taking the jobs that the younger generation generally occupy.

10000 points bonus for 4 weeks, in the 2nd week I wrongly scanned with my wife's Flybuys card, then the reception staff and support manager helped me to resolve after got store manager's permission. Really a good store. 5 stars!

I am happy with the purchase on colours because I get all that I need in one place. Moreover the veggies and fruits are of good even though it's not fully fresh. But far better than few other shops that I have tried.

Probably the best Coles I have used. Staff are always polite and friendly and happy to help. Store is large, with a big selection and well set out with a range of prices to suit everyone. Bit disappointed that a couple of item s have been discontinued lately (certain coffee pods and a tea bags) but that's a gripe with Coles Group and not my local Coles supermarket.

I love the layout of this Coles store. Wide isles, great selection of Fresh produce, and all the usual items well stocked.

Decent local supermarket, decent discounts. I wouldn't recommend getting fruits and vegetables delivered from here. They deliver smaller sizes for the same price in store.

It's a nice supermarket in Stanhope shopping centre. All products are displayed very tidy and the place is clean as well. It makes you feeling very comfortable for shopping. The staff are friendly and you will enjoy whenever you come to visit.

I like this place. Plenty of parking. This is a big Coles. Plenty of choices. They made most of checkout selfserving. I am not sure if this is a good idea. Hard to find someone on floor to help with item location.
