Also has a lot of knowledge of the Otways and The Great Ocean Road.

Noel and his team were given an extremely tough assignment to sell a parcel of land with difficult access and the produced a result no other agent in town could achieve. Noel's intimate knowledge of the otways and the Colac-otway Shire is second to none and his worth ethic is something other local agents should aspire to have.

Extremely dodgy, shonky real estate agency. Incredibly unprofessional they do anything to ignore you if you have any complaints and they always try and phone you make sure you have everything in writing from them as they are very very disingenuous and sneaky. Keep all records and go to consumer affairs and VCAT. Bad ratings always follow bad people like a bad smell. Be vigilant in dealing with these people.

The worst real estate agent I’ve had the misfortune of encountering. We are taking legal action to try to recoup some of our losses. If you have been conned by these charlatans I strongly recommend seeking legal advice. Save your time and money and avoid in the first instance if you can.

Absolutely terrible service from the agent.He was incredibly reluctant to show us through the propery at all ( even telling us that he was sick of showing ppl around) and would not even show us the boundaries. He was rude every time we corasponded and getting any information about the property from him was difficult. He didn't even give us the Keys or make contact on the day of the sale. I would not recommend selling a property with this agent.

Extremely poor service. I've been both a tenant and landlord in many places and this company is by far the worst I've come across. Communication was atrocious, I could never get a response to emails and regular excuses for delays on action items. Avoid if you can.

Terrible customer service, made an appointment to view a place drove to Apollo bay to be told it was sold, no call or nothing just wasted over 5 hours of driving. Avoid Smyth real estate!!!! Shame of them.

No response after several attempts to contact Smyth real estate. Very poor form. I will go around them. Hopefully they lose more business and close down.

Noel is highly unprofessional. Talks to you like absolute dirt. Highly recommend to avoid using this real estate.
