I had strained/pulled a thigh muscle & could barely get into my vehicle. Frances managed to slot me in for a 30 minute massage with Fab. I walked out feeling so much better physically & mentally. Can't thank you guys enough!

Frances treated my severe mid thoracic back pain with a remedial massage and advice. Immediately after the treatment my pain was significantly better and within 24 hours it was completely resolved. The whole consultation and treatment was highly professional and clearly very effective.

I have been recommending Coastal Yoga to EVERYONE I know over the last couple of weeks - after a few bodywork sessions with Frances I've seen a massive change, not only in my body but in my emotional life. I've now attended a couple of retreats and have found that one cannot help but feel positive vibrations that surround this fabulous team. Each time I leave, I walk away with a multitude of good feelings and find I'm all charged up with positive energy and hopes of new beginnings. Then of course, there is their location... location, location !! Apollo Bay, one of Victoria's most beautiful coastal towns. No matter the season, attending one of their retreats or simply classes, will provide you with nothing short of a wonderful and memorable experience.
