Left my keys in the boot and locked myself out of the car right after finish a part of the GOW. Called RACV and 2 men (Mitch/nick/mick and another amazing guy) we’re there in under an hour. When they got there, they were super friendly checking if we’ve had water and shade. Finished the job in a couple of minutes and we’re very approachable and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better service :)

Had some trouble with our car travelling the great Ocean road. Booked us in for a diagnostic. Took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Unfortunately couldn't do anything for us as shorted staffed and extremely busy. Recommended us to try at Warrnambool. Gave us some advice and places to visit on our way. Thank you!

Was stuck out of town with two popped tires. Got a tow back into town by these guys and two new tires! Was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them! They are honest and approachable

On our holiday we had some car trouble and were able to make it to this mechanic, instead of ripping us off the gentleman told me to call RAA and he could see me as priority and won't be charged to just check it over. He was able to get us going until we got to Bendigo, a couple days and a whole new radiator later we are back home in SA and it wouldn't be without your help. Thank you so much

Had a flat tire and put the spare on but it’s under inflated. Went there first thing in the morning and just needed air into the spare tire. The manager/owner there was more than happy to help and accomodating. No fuss.

That enabled us to continue on our GOR trip.

Really great business, they are awesome, could not help us enough.
On our way to Apollo Bay we hit a pothole and 2 tyres were damaged.
We had to go to the auto care and they put through a request for 2 tyres that we had to be delivered from Colac but they could not help us enough. They were so friendly, efficient and the price was reasonable. Just a great team of people, big shout out to Mel who just kept us up-to-date every step of the way. Just an amazing team, thanks guys we will appreciated all you help.

Great customer service and care. We were in a bit of a jam with car issues, and with such short notice they had at look at the car. They test drove it and made sure that we had no worries for the rest of our travels. thank you so much!

Needed RACV to come and check on my overheating car 10km from Apollo Bay. Andrew was there within the hour. He took about 10 minutes to figure out and fix what was wrong with the car. We drove back to the shop to make sure everything was okay. Andrew then sent us on our way.
The next day Andrew called me to make sure my car didn't have the same problem and made sure I got home. Couldn't have asked for better service. This is the first time I have actually ever put in effort to leave a review

Always great local service, they go the extra mile (HAAA GET IT) no but seriously, lovely team, car is well looked after for the every 6 month service I’ve been taking my car to for about 3 years now.

We JUST made it into Apollo Bay Auto Care with a flat tire from one of the massive pot holes in the National Park area. The staff here were SO helpful and professional. They promptly set to work on our car, called around to get the tire we needed, and they even gave us some tips as to where we could visit around the Apollo Bay area whilst we waited for our car to be fixed. They got the job done quickly and our vehicle was ready for us to continue our road trip with confidence! Thanks for saving the day guys :) Highly recommended to anybody who happens to need motor vehicle assistance in the area!

Our holiday on the Great Ocean Road took a major hit when we encountered car trouble while far away from home and our usual mechanic. We called RACV and Andrew from Apollo Bay Auto Care was dispatched to help us. He provided a courtesy car for us while he towed our car back to his shop, then sorted out the situation and got us on our way. Extra touches that we really appreciated: good communication from Andrew throughout the whole process -- and even a couple bottles of cold juice since he knew we'd been sitting and waiting for a while during our initial call-out to RACV. Recommend!

We broke down on the great ocean road and got towed here to get our van fixed. A lovely couple have just taken over this business which we were happy to discover after reading old reviews. They were very accomodating and did their best to get us back on the road asap. We were given honest advice, they kept us updated on the order for parts and we trusted their mechanics to do a good job. The area is quite isolated so had to wait a few days for parts to come but was a nice place to be stuck!

We had an issue with our car and called the RACV. Andrew came to us within a few minutes. Checked the diagnostics, found the problem and fixed in 10 mins. We went to the workshop and met the team. Thanks to Andrew and Mel the car is now running fantastic and a trouble free trip back to Melbourne. Highly recommend them. Helpful and honest and professional.

We had a big problem with putting petrol in a Diesel engine on a Sunday at 10am 😵. The mechanic was awesome. He showed up quickly and towed the SUV to his shop and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. We were back on the road in no time!

He really saved us on the Great Ocean Road as we would have been stranded for making a stupid mistake for at least 48 hours and if he and RACV didn’t come to the rescue we would have to spend A LOT more. I did not get the mechanic’s name but he absolutely awesome and a life saver...😇

I ran into trouble with my tyre pressure half way from Melbourne to Skenes Creek and went into Apollo Bay to sort it out. The air compressor at the servo was out of action so I went to these guys to see if they could help me. The mechanic and receptionist were really friendly. The mechanic checked my tires and also gave me advice free of charge. I highly recommend these guys, they were great!

Broke down inside the national park at a pretty remote campsite down a narrow track. Andrew was an absolute champion, towed us back to town, set us up w recommendations and a temporary vehicle, fixed the car first thing next morning at a very fair price - lightening fast service.

All round the team, from bookkeeper to mechanics, were super helpful and friendly which is always appreciated when you're stranded! Legends.

Awsome service and so friendly. Limped car to these guys after a screw was found in tyre. Fixed it within 20 minutes and even received a 1/2 coffee voucher for across the road while we waited. Very well priced and outstanding genuine care. Turned a bad situation into a very minor inconvenience. Thanks guys!!!
