Delicious and unique flavours. I tried the Vegemite ice cream. The taste is well balanced - should have bought more 😊
The lychee ice cream is so good and so is the Baileys ice cream.
Will definitely be back to try their other flavours. Super yummy!

Great selection of ice creams for all tastes… The coffee ice cream has actual coffee in it which is always a win in my book. All the flavors I have tasted were superb. Lemon Meringue, Coconut, Coffee & Unicorn Poo… got a few more flavors on the todo list… will be back that’s for sure

We waited for nearly 40 minutes in the line for this ice cream/ gelato, and believe me, after eating it I'm ready to wait even longer. So far, it's the best ice cream I have ever had.

They do have low fat, sugar free options as well.

We had bubblegum gelato, mango gelato and strawberry cinnamon ice cream.

No wonder Dooley's are award winning ice cream. 👏

Delicious Ice cream and a perfect stop if you are driving through Apollo Bay.
The ice cream was super creamy and they had many fun flavours to choose from.
1 scoop was 6.90, but the portion was big! And most importantly you can actually choose 2 flavour in one scoop.
There were also several dairy free options.
Queue might seen long but it moves fairly quickly.

Despite the cold weather had to try one of these ice creams this morning! Wow!! So many delicious flavours, clear to see why they’ve won so many awards. Sophia who served us was so kind and friendly, and happy to let us try some of the more quirky flavours before deciding, Vegemite ice cream was unique but delicious! Went with banana chocolate fudge and peanut butter and chocolate, sooooo good. Thank you will be back :) xx

What is not to love about an ice cream palour that has the most amazing textured ice cream, and the flavours will astound the most experienced ice cream lover. Plus always offering new flavours . It is a go-to in Apollo Bay for visitors and locals alike.

How this place doesn't have 6 stars is mind blowing. Always stop here when coming through. Icecream and sorbet was sensational as always. Even better on a weekday when there is no wait! Friendly staff.

Dooley's is a fantastic gelato store that is often busy and queues pouring out the door onto the street. They have a good selection of flavours, that is not too extensive which is becoming the trend, that allows for a lot of variety and yet not cripple your decision making with too much choice.

Flavours can run out however don't be disappointed as there are often flavours in the freezer that aren't on the menu.

Service is quick and friendly.

An ice creamery that won multiple awards across multiple years for multiple flavours! Came here on a cold stormy day and still fully enjoyed their ice cream! I tried the Premium Chocolate ($6.50), one of their award winning flavours, and would strongly recommend it. They served a giant scoop of chocolate that is smooth, dense and creamy that was enjoyable even on a cold day! Other award winning flavours were the vanilla, give this a try!

Great choice of flavours, and good quality ice cream. The chocolate-chilli was very interesting! The small shop was very busy when I went, but this just shows how popular it is! Service was nevertheless pretty quick and efficient, and although I didn't pre-taste any flavours, other customers were sampling before they bought.

One of the best ice creams I've had in Melbourne. They are so creamy and they have flavours that many other places don't offer. Highly recommend

Delicious ice cream and great range of flavours. Sorbets were amazing - super smooth, creamy texture and flavoursome. We tried passion fruit sorbet, Watermelon gelato and black paradise sorbet and all were excellent.

The Baileys ice cream was amazing. Paired with a scoop of their award winning Chocolate Icecream - was heaven! We also tried the Berry Sorbet and the White Choc Caramel Cookie. Delicious! Many are Gluten Free also which was great.

We were a party of 4 and one of our party is an ice cream fanatic. So, based upon on-line reviews, we had to stop at Dooley’s while on our Great Ocean Road scenic drive. It did not disappoint. The wall is plastered with awards (easy to taste why) and I love all things chocolate – usually end up with something chocolate based. The chocolate, and their many variants were great, but I ended up with Blackberry. Incredibly refreshing. Spectacular. We tried a variety of flavours. It is the best ice cream in Australia! If I could, I would DEFINITELY GO BACK.

Great Ice cream, always worth a stop!

Award-winning ice cream parlor located in Apollo Bay, with awards hanging by their walls. The extremely-helpful staff recommended their world famous chocolate-flavored ice cream and it did not disappoint! My girlfriend, who isn't a fan of chocolate ice cream, particularly enjoyed it, as it was not too sweet and delicious. It was really good, worth a try if you're passing along the Great Ocean Road.

A nice place selling great tasting ice cream - I went with a standard chocolate and it was really really worth it. Price is reasonable. They have won many awards
