Drove past it 3 times thought it was a breakdown spot for your car or something as it's on side of road . Great view of the bay but better around didn't even get out of car

Plaque for “Evans Lookout”. Great spot to stop and appreciate the views over Skenes Creek and Apollo Bay.
Only a stopping bay along the road, but plenty of room to safely get everyone out for a look.

Even on a rainy day (so many in the Otways), standing here watching the rain/fog clouds roll past falling downstage hill, is quite spectacular. Be aware, the drive down and up can be quite tricky if it’s pouring.
