Well mannered friendly staffer took my order, & was just as polite & welcoming when he handed my order over.
Was only a few people in places orders & picking up, was nearly midnight.
Food was fresh & hot

Ahhhh made it to my order ! Well done team always trying to keep it fresh and it hasn't gone unnoticed !
If your not using the app did you even get KFC ?
They have come along way since the app dropped but hopefully by now they know I don't like lettuce on my burgers 💯
Keep those chips topped up the chicken fresh and 24 for $10 nugs and it's a keeper !

Open til midnight is the best part of this store. It’s fast food anyway, can not expect more, but it still helps me to clear my hunger quickly and cheaply.

Seems like a reliable cool looking team here, i feel i can trust them with my order of chicken and the place was clean, i got my meal very quickly, has a great view of the belmont suburb too. Thank You.

Been to lots of KFCs and disappointed with cleanliness and freshness of food but this one was of the highest quality. Friendly and efficient staff, excellent food and spotless eating area. Manager here should be proud. Would highly recommend

Fantastic place in Geelong. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and smiling 😁. She treated every customer with a smile. Even though I wasn't sure whether the meat was halal or not. I simply called them and they said it was halal. A big parking space is available. I would love to eat from here when I visit Geelong again.

Quick service at drive through. But when it comes to latenight, there some supplies go out of stock. But its KFC! Alays good. And even its better to have a fried drumstick than unknown patty between two pices of bread!

Five stars - again for the food. I do not envy staff managers these days. When I was 16 working after school in customer service, I would have been severely chastised for ignoring a customer at the first - firmly closed - window, leaving the customer to drive up to the second - also firmly closed - window with the assumption that staff are too busy and important to even look at the customer forking out their hard earned dime; only for the customer to reach the second - firmly closed! - window so that the customer can stare at my colleague's back, patiently waiting for the opportunity to ask a question about their order, while being forced to listen to the extremely personal topic of conversation staff are engrossed in with a 3rd colleague, before they unceremoniously rip open the window to chuck a bag at the customer with a "here you go". I am sick to the back teeth of having made it unscathed from my formative customer service years, only to have to take care of children in the service industry in my middle age! Seriously, I wouldn't supervise these Narcissists for a million bucks. Can you imagine trying to ask/teach them to make people feel welcome? You'd be slapped with a bullying and harassment complaint for trying to do your job! 5 stars for the food, 5 stars for the poor poppet trying to run a tight ship and fingers firmly crossed that some in the customer service industry develop some basic human compassion 😭

David Mekkonen is single handily the greatest manager i have ever seen. I have worked in the food industry for over 25 years and I have never seen a more organised and efficient manager than David. I was so incredibly astounded by his work ethic that I asked the pretty girl at the counter for his name so that i could enthusiastically express my thanks and how impressed I was on this review service. This man is the sole reason as to why I will again, and forever will, continue to dine at KFC belmont

This is the best KFC in the region including bellarine peninsula. Always fresh and hot food and super tasty. I travel to this store only when I feel like the colonel as it ever disappoints. Well done KFC Belmont!!

To the two fellas Josh and Jordan who work at this store. Exceptional customer service on the drive thru window and then further more exceptional service when my order had to be rectified due to an issue with the meal.

Wow!! Went to kfc the other day and got served by a girl whose name was Erin i think, wonderful service and a really good burger she made. A really great experience at my local belmont kfc!! Will definetly be going back because of her!

James on drive through was so polite and lovely. A true representation of how a drive through attend should act. What a gem. Kallee at the pick up window was also wonderful . Well done to the team at KFC belmont for creating a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you.

Really nice place, restaurant is kept clean and the food arrived very quickly. Great quality food for the price, the food here was cooked and prepared better than most other KFC's around.

Very good customer service polite and respectful.
Chicken was as you would expect, juicy tender and flavourful.
