I just loved this shopping mall.. the interior is very pretty.. the restrooms are very clean.. if you are looking for any stores, it is easy to find.. highly recommended!

Absolutely a must for shopping, all the stores you need and plenty you don’t but find yourself window shopping anyway. The little push Along cars were so much fun and $5 an hour very cheap. Food court had plenty of options and the Xmas decorations were beautiful, Santa photos were lots of fun and again not overly pricey.

Westfield Geelong is a fantastic shopping destination with a spacious layout and a wide variety of stores. From well-known brand names to local specialty shops, there's something for everyone here. The underground parking is convenient, albeit paid, ensuring hassle-free access to the centre.

One of the highlights is the dedicated level for dining at the food court, offering a diverse range of culinary options. Additionally, there are plenty of intimate seating areas at sushi bars and cafes, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.

I highly recommend Westfield Geelong for its extensive selection of shops, convenient parking, and excellent dining options. Plus, having Myer as part of the centre adds even more value to the shopping experience.

Friendly concierge to help you navigate but there are also very good well placed information kiosks that are easy to use and wheelchair friendly.

Whether you're looking for fashion, food, or anything in between, Westfield Geelong has you covered.

I would give more than five stars if I could.

On my last visit, I asked at the concierge desk for a sunflower lanyard. I'd heard of it being used for people with non-visible disabilities and hoped it would improve my shopping experience.

It absolutely did. The person at the concierge desk was lovely. I wasn't interrogated or made to prove that I needed it. She just took my word and gave it to me.

The stores I visited have always been staffed with great people, but with the lanyard, it was very much improved.

Some staff members outright said that if I needed space or needed them to speak up, to not hesitate to say that, which was really reassuring because it can be intimidating to ask for those things. And when I did need to ask for repetition, or something else offered, they did so and it made me feel so respected.

When I arrived for an appointment a bit early, I was asked if I wanted to sit down at the station for a few minutes to get used to everything going on and organise my thoughts.
It meant I had the time to be able to see the equipment that would be used, have a drink of water, and work out how best to ask for what I wanted.

One staff member saw I was struggling with the store being crowded and the noise levels, and she let me know the times of the day where it's usually quieter, if I wanted to come back and be able to take my time without the crowd and noise.
I very gratefully did that, and it meant that I was able to come back and be able to enjoy the shopping experience, speak to the employee about what I was after and get suggestions, and buy products that addressed those needs.
If that hadn't happened, I absolutely would have quickly bought any product, to get out of there faster, and it would have been the wrong thing.
Instead I was able to learn why certain products work to address different issues and why X product was the one that would best suit what I was wanting.

Some noticed the lanyard and were direct with me, some saw it and said something like 'I like your sunflowers' which I took as a subtle acknowledgement of it, and some didn't say or do anything and I felt that all of them were very respectful.

Nobody pressed me for information or asked invasive questions or demanded to know why I needed it. Nobody did anything in a way that made me feel like I was being patronised or a bother.

And even when it was acknowledged out loud, it was discrete and polite and still felt like this is a normal interaction that they're used to.

Everyone was amazing and I cannot recommend this place more. I will definitely be back many times.

Very easy parking and at a good rate too. Can get lost in the actual shopping complex though as it is quite long and doesn’t revolve in a circular way like other west fields.

Staff were super friendly and helpful with my children at the star wars school holiday activation. They made chewbacca bookmarks and did star wars lego.

A big shopping mall in Geelong, lot of big brands like Bigw, Coles, Myer and others. Neat and clean mall with ample space to move.

Largest shopping centre in Geelong, comparable to some of the smaller Melbourne ones.
Parking is an issue, no free parking at all, pay by the hour. If your a "member", via the Westfield App, it's cheaper.
Make sure you note where you parked as there are quite a few different ones around the centre.
Myers, Big W, Coles, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, banks, heaps of clothing, homewares, jewellers, etc etc. modern and spacious with an airy warm feel one of the architectural highlights is the warm wood detailing on columns and handrails, along with the wide enclosed walkway over Yarra Street. Floor to ceiling windows and skylights with views over Geelong and down to Corio Bay. Sofas and lounges are a nice place to sit and rest or wait for people.
Pity there isn't a Cafe on the walkway where the lounges are.

I lost something on NYE and rung looking for it NYD the lady at the concierge was absolutely lovely and helpful. She was very kind and did her best to help me find it and put me in contact with any shop I had gone too. Thank you again!

Also as someone employed at westfield I wanted to say thank you to security and all the cleaning staff at West field. You are all doing a brilliant job and the cleaners are so kind.

Nice clean shopping centre easy parking, has most things you need.

For a cost. Should have a discount for pensioners and low income card holders. People very helpful and friendly.

Loved how everything is freshly made. The ladies are lovely and the music very enjoyable. Great pop-up event.

Great for the kids , such a lovely event for the children :) it’s nice that the shopping centre put this on for the children .

This is the place to go. This is like going to Miami Beach. Here is super good restaurants shops beach board walk. Nice pubs shops and hotels. Definitely a good place to go for surf swim food shopping
