Very clean store. Very happy with my buying experience. I like the they have cash and card self service registers. I also like that it's open at 8am. Pretty happy....the like the lifts is right next door to the store.

Love that their open 1 hour before the other shops are open.

Big store, lots of stock, and nice people. Information on stock can be found by calling the store and the staff are very helpful.

We went there to see, find, and buy some books or something that would be suitable as Christmas presents for some very young children ( four and under) and bingo we found what we were looking for and at a very good price.

The staff went above and beyond to help me get an inflatable water slide. Thank you so much for all your help, you will make 4 little kids extremely happy. Have an amazing Christmas.

It's a great place to shop the prices across the store, which is very exceptional. The variety of women's men's and children's clothing is amazing. The kitchen, bathroom, or laundry products are reasonably cheap. Very good staff and friendly service 👏

Good size shop in the middle of Geelong CBD. I wish there were more BIG W stores in Geelong.

Best place to shop with workers going above and beyond to always help. Especially the dept for switch games etc. all these guys each time give you so much info and help. I want go anywhere else for any games. Plus, these same guys bust their guts doing the lay-by section with online orders. Give these guys a beer!!

I was recently in Big W Geelong and found the service amazing. There were plenty of staff who actually took me to the product I requested and were pleasant helpful and proactive. I was also picking up an online purchase and the girl at the service desk was efficient and friendly.

Interested in cookware and tableware.
Good range but some room for excellence in eating utensils. Good offers on high tech frying pans. Interested in home entertainment, very impressed by new ranges of high tech TV projectors up to 100 inch and above screen size with inbuilt speakers.
Failed to find quality pocket radio I was after.
Fun shopping ambience.

There was plenty of stock, the registers and surrounding areas were nice and clean.

I didn't interact with any team members so can't comment there but happy with the shop, was able to get everything we needed almost.

Everything you need at a fantastic price

I love shopping here. More of a pleasant experience rather than shopping at Kmart. Decent quality items, great floor layout and helpful staff. There's always many clothing items on sale so you can grab a bargain most of the time.

The lady in the children's clothing section was absolutely amazing! Was so helpful in assisting me and just went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for.
And on a separate occasions my son was chucking a huge tantrum and a lovely lady also working in the children's clothing section asked if I needed help or if I was just getting out. Thank you for making me feel so much better about the situation

I was looking for a particular book, but couldn't locate it. The store did have copies. Two team members who also helped look, advised to wait for Sue, the girl who looks after the book section. Sue came up and immediately located the book. 15min very well spent. Very helpful staff. A joy.

Store is very clean, and shelves beautifully packed, my family and I were very happy with the level of service and courteousness of the staff and we all felt safe and secure there.

I always buy something here, even if I wasn't intending to! Staff are friendly and always willing to help, and the quality of their products is always top notch.

Good range.. Lots of really cheap clearance lines when the seasons change over.. Friendly staff. Much better stocked than kmart and cheaper than Target. A great place to shop
