McDonald's

Went through drive thru this afternoon. Service was super fast. The crew member at the ordering window was lovely and so was the crew member handing over my order. My order was to perfection! Thank you for your professional, respectful and happy customer service. It was obvious it was great team work from start to finish!

Best McDonald's I've been to in many years. Service, food and more importantly the restaurant was super clean... the franchisees from the Melbourne suburbs should take a trip this here to discover how it should be done as most others are a disgrace to the McDonald's brand!

Just came through drive through about 15mins ago. Service was excellent, the gentleman at the pay window was polite, friendly and had wonderful banter as he confirmed our order. The gentleman at the pick up window had an amazing sense of humour dropping off each item reeling off a season greeting with each one "happy birthday" and "merry christmas" were my favourites. Food was also good but it's times like these I'm reminded the kids are gonna be alright.

Had a beautiful breakfast with my husband.

Food was good, service was good but Maccas has no atmosphere?

The manager is very helpful. I'd chose pickup at the counter. I guess he'd noticed that I'm with my children. Proactively helped to bring to my table instead. Much appreciate.

I have celebrated my daughter's birthday in the playground area, though it was too hot and there was no air-conditioning, the manager was so kind and allowed us to move in the main hall where air-conditioning was there.

decided to drive thru tonight to get a snack on the way home and came across a lovely boy with the best sense of humour i’ve seen in a long time! i bet at least one person in each family these days struggle with mental health and what Logan did tonight is just one example of how to make someone’s day at the cost of nothing, never change who you are Logan god bless!

Only maccas I’ve been to that actually give extra pickles in a cheeseburger

I ll just give 5 stars to this place because of this Sri Lankan or Indian girl , don't know exactly but she works during the night. If she is there, this place is open, else not. She is the backbone on this maccas believe me. Super friendly and great customer service. Such employees need to be appreciated. Rest the normal things are same everywhere.

1 week ago we got Uber eats . We have used ever eats many times . This time didn’t go well . Emily took my call and made an amazing effort to help me and my partner. She listened and returned in favour the best customer service I have had in a long time thank you Emily 😊

Over the course of 4 days, the hospitality of this McDonald's has been excellent compared to Sydney's standard. The staff were nice and collected all our rubbish, providing service that would parallel a restaurant.

These complaints are ridiculous. At the end of the day your asking a pack of 15 year olds with one 20 year old leader to run an intire store that has way more eliments then a regular restaurant. Yes things are going to get forgotten, yes signs are going to be forgotten when things are out of stock. You want a perfect experience everytime then dont go to a fast food place let alone a drive through. I have found this mcdonalds to have polight crew and i've ever had any other complaints about the store, how ever i get out of my car to order and i dont expect perfection from teen ages.
