My go to store for any fish and axolotl purchases. Mel and Paul are very knowledgeable with all things fish/axolotl related and always very patient with all my questions.
Good prices on all things aquatic. Friendly staff with a real family vibe and lots of different animals to interact with. Highly recommend 👏🙂

I was so impressed at the scale of the store, and the incredible animals there. The range of pet products was vast, and the staff were fantastic and very helpful. I purchased fish for our home aquarium and they're thriving!! I definitely recommend this store to everyone, and will coming back for sure. Keep up the amazing job!

My family have been visiting here regularly for close to 20 years! My children have all enjoyed seeing the animals up close and personal and have come to know each personality of the permanent animals and birds living here. We have adopted several weird and wonderful family pets from here over the years. The service is exceptional and the variety is amazing.

This is the best pet store ever! You get to hold all the pets and there’s so much to look at and choose from. Would highly recommend coming here, you can’t go wrong!

Lots of animals that you can hold and play with! Good prices on fish. I got 10 big goldfish for only $88! The staff are nice and it is a good place to bring your kids to see and play with animals. I definitely recommend going to this pet shop.

Best pet shop going. The only pet shop that let's you hold and cuddle animals, as well animal feedings on a Sunday at 2pm and our all time favourite, cuddles with the most beautiful snake ever

Friendly staff. Great selection of family pets. On the day i was there it was more like an open mini farm. Birds sitting on their "cage free" perch. Bunnies available for children to pet. Gorgeous cat casually strolling about. A friendly dog. Turtle in a open pond. Ect ect. Nice place to visit

Great experience. I went to buy my aquascape stuff. Paul 😎 is the man to meet. He will give you absolutely honest advise from substrate to gravel to rocks and fishes. Bought a lot today, Paul discounted the prices for me too 🤑

This is the best pet shop ever, staff are so friendly & helpful, you would not be disappointed. Lots of items for any pet.
The live stock is amazing, birds rabbits, lizards, fish & a roaming friendly cat, also the pet resident, Fredric the ferret is adorable, I couldn't stop playing with him. Thank you all for making this experience pleasant 😊
