Nev is an incredible vet and really took the time to thoroughly check out our pup, and communicated information to us clearly and is so knowledgeable. She even personally called us the second Ruby's bloodwork was finished to give us an update even though she didn't have to. You can rest assured your fur baby is in good hands with Nev.

We really appreciate these kind vets and can't wait for the new location to open!

I trust Nev exotic pet knowledge very much and appreciate the care she has given to my ferrets over the last 6.5 years. All staff are wonderful and welcoming never had an issue 😄

I have been there with cats, for over 10 years.
My ex wife still goes even though she is not in the area.
My cat 3year old got very sick very fast.
I felt comfortable with the vet and I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off.
It was extremely difficult to hear that my young cat wasn't going to make it.
The vets and staff were very sympathetic and gave me time to say goodbye.
My cats life was taken without pain or stress.
I am very grateful to the vet and staff for the treatment of my cat and myself.

All the vets and staff here are brilliant. I most recently saw Emma and she was outstanding and thorough with my dog Ripley. She left her appointment very happy after being apprehensive at first.

Unfortunately my first visit was to have a pet euthanized staff were lovely informative and price was always clearly explained and consented to.

I am terrified of taking my old girl to the vet however each time we have visited these guys I am so very thankful for their care, honesty and reasonable costs.
My girl is a very big old rottie and the vet and nurses are so lovely with her

Cannot recommend highly enough. So caring, patient & honest. Gave me several options of treatment as my cat was suddenly fine when we got there 🙄

this vet has always been good to my dog skye they have always helped us in any situation we have asked they are super friendly and I would and have recommended my friends to this place the best part is they are super close to us just down the road. so it's a win win. this is Skye's last visit he she had a cone as she cut her toe and to prevent her from biting the bandage off 😂. she wasn't impressed but she's all better now. 😊🐶

Absolutely fantastic vet. We've been seeing them with our pets since I was a kid. I went today for my kitten's third vaccination and the service I received left me wanting to leave a review.

The reception staff are very kind - clearly animal lovers.
I'm terrible with names, but the veterinarian I saw today was extremely nice, both to me and my kitten. She explained everything I needed to know and addressed my concerns clearly. She even gave my kitten a treat after the jab which he enjoyed!

Could not recommend them enough. Great staff, great location, great facilities.

My dog and my cat have been going here for years. The vets here are all so knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. They spend a lot time explaining things really well and if you have serious concerns they will always tell you to come straight in. I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my pets so it takes a lot to satisfy my high standards of care and these guys definitely do that

I found all the staff to be very friendly and professional and I was fully satisfied with my visit.

Nev & Lyssa are just the most brilliant vets. I feel so safe bringing my puppy to them knowing they will provide the best care and treat our puppy like their own. They also phoned the next two days to check in how our puppy was. Cannot highly recommend them enough. Thank you

So friendly and helpful, when I recently took my Guinea pigs. Even to double check she had missed anything, the vet sent photos to another exotic vet, and followed up with me via a phone call. Very happy with the outcome
