ordered a bbq chicken and they forgot the order- instead of pretending they never received the order, the staff member admitted they’d overlooked it.

To our surprise the store owner grabbed one from his Highton store and personally delivered it to our house.

We were speechless; this is above and beyond stellar customer service.

Anyone can make a mistake and we weren’t even concerned! It’s the reason why we are loyal to small businesses such as the Vallis stores.

Brilliant, brilliant operators that will be around for generations to come.

I have never met a pompous or rude staff member in the whole time l have been shopping at the store in Vines Rd …I can’t wait for the store to reopen ….
