Took a pair of my partner's boots and mine in for some minor repairs on scuffs/gouges out of my heels as well as polishing for both pairs, they did a beautiful job! Service was quick and well priced. Thank you so much :)

I had a small job that needed doing late in the afternoon and they were close to closing. The gentleman serving me was so polite and more than happy to assist. Job done was spot on also. Definitely recommend!

Dropped in to see James this afternoon, in relation to some watch band pins being replaced on my Garmin. The ones supplied were too short. James was able to replace pins with new ones, at the correct size and fit to watch.

Went in in the last hour of the day Friday to get a replacement car key, unfortunately it wasn’t quite right for starting the car, but as they were closing I figured I’d leave the issue till Monday (I had a way to drive it was just a lot of effort)
Saturday I’m at work and a friend offers to try and put the original blade in the new key and misplaced the spring for the opening mechanism…I ended up back at mr minit that afternoon, again in the last half hour, and the gentleman there went above and beyond to make sure I had a working key and was leaving the shop with a solved issue.

I cannot praise the customer service enough, especially when the situation was exasperated by my friend.

James picked up a mistake when I wrote that I wanted 08.08.22 engraved on an urn and I'm so thankful they waited until I came back to check that it wasn't meant to be 08.08.21 which it was ❤ Collin did the actual engraving and it looks absolutely amazing! Got an engraving done there in 2021 for a 2020 urn and it also looks great
