JB Hi-Fi Ipswich

A massive thank you to April and Nikki for sorting out a stock issue today.
We ordered a school laptop over the Xmas/NY sales, which didn't turn up.

April took my call, and sorted out a solution, with absolutely zero excuses or push back. And Nikki came through with a price match, again, with no push back or drama.

I really appreciate the resolution, and will be back for sure!

Great JB Hi Fi shop! My MIL went to buy a coffee machine that she had in mind, but we ended up buying a different, much better one thanks to the wonderful and insightful consultant. Thank you! Everyone loves the new coffee machine!!! We can’t get enough of it!!

Staff at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell. They are always happy to spend time to ensure your enquiries and needs are met. Wonderful customer experience every time at this store.

Another great experience at JB Ipswich. I’m a regular visitor and have purchased a variety of items over the years doesn’t matter who I see events across several divisions. The service is always outstanding and go the extra mile to help. This is one place I don’t mind paying extra dollars to get the better service Well JB you guys should be proud

I have been shopping here for years, and every staff member I have dealt with has been great. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable.

Had a great staff member who was very lovely even after I purchased the item, took it home and then had to take it back cos it didn't work/connect and he saw me back again and I explained the situation to him and even he was stunned to why it wouldn't work/connect but I had no problems getting my money back, so thank you to the lovely gentleman for being understanding, would recommend JB HIFI Ipswich to anyone. Big shop. Staff are helpful and friendly despite busier times during last-minute Christmas shopping. Many items are on sale.

I love this store. We live in a rural area and it is often times hard to find a nice gift anywhere. I can always find something gorgeous and different at this store. I can also, unfortunately spend a small fortune in this store too. From your work Diaries that are so pretty, to pens, magazines, cards and tea sets this store has really got the lot.

Great service, friendly staff that help out with any of our needs or questions. Look after us with price as usual and just a great experience as usual from JB Hi-Fi Ipswich.

In store service was exemplary. Our service consultant ,”Harry” was not only helpful but his sales disposition was bright cheerful and sincere. Saved us money and did not oversell. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

if they don't have what you want, they can order most items. another JB HiFi at Springfield shopping centre

Have been fortunate enough to have visited this great store.
Although slightly smaller than other JB stores, it does have a great selection of products and has most of the JB items you would need.
I recently purchased an item from this store and the staff members were very friendly and extremly helpful, even arranging a click and collect from another JB store for me, as the item was out of stock here.
The employee that served me, was also very knowledgeable and answered the many questions i asked.
The store is located inside River Link shopping centre.
Access to the store is excellent, with more than ample parking above ground, above ground covered and underground areas.
Certainly worth a visit.
