The Lindisfarne Clinic

I returned to live in the area last year, and after a long search I was becoming concerned I would ever find a local GP! I was excited to hear that the clinic was accepting new clients and my introductory visit was very positive. The staff were cheerful and helpful and my first consult with Dr Felmingham was a satisfying experience. She ticks all the boxes - friendly and approachable, thorough in her questions and answers, knowledgeable, and a sense of humour as well. Five stars.

My doctor was fantastic. Great personality, great sense of humour and did a fantastic job doctoring all my problems. Very thorough and informative. This will be my regular doctor from now on!

Was so helpful to visit Dr Donegan. We were all very grateful for his warmth, humour, hope and advice. It has made us understand our child's neurodiversity better and how we can make him a happier child.

I highly recommend this practice. My regular doctor is compassionate caring and committed to helping people like myself, and when he transferred to the Lindisfarne Clinic, I immediately followed. I have had consults with 3 other doctors at the clinic, and they also have in my opinion shown exemplinary service. The reception staff are always weloming, friendly and efficient in helping patients as they arrive for their appointments. Keep up the great work .

Friendly staff, lovely establishment, wonderful doctor. I suffer with anxiety, this was my first visit and I was made feel very welcome.

New to this clinic I attended for annual skin check. Very friendly and responsive staff. Quickly given instructions and wait time was very short. Traditionally reception staff in medical practices can be direct, unfriendly and unwelcoming but both the Dr and staff made this experience a pleasure.

First visit, very impressed. Lots of space and orderly process with checking in. Great to have pharmacy onsite.

As my own GP at the clinic was not on duty, another GP was allocated at comparatively short notice. She was punctual and reassuring and friendly and accurately diagnosed my fractured toe, referring me on for an x-ray which confirmed the diagnosis. The GP phoned me to reiterate the required treatment and reminded me of her availability for further assistance if needed. The process was smooth and professional. I am very pleased with the timely care provided by my regular GP and now the willingness of another to treat me in a sudden need.

I finally found an amazing GP practice. Every doctor either myself or my kids have seen have been wonderful; attentive, efficient and personable. Reception staff are fantastic too.

Dr Ayush Srivastava is a lovely personable Doctor that i felt immediately at ease with. Usually I would prefer a female Doctor for a fully body skin check, but not once did i feel uncomfortable . A female nurse was also close by and happily assisted with the more intimate parts breasts etc.The cost is considerably cheaper than going to a private skin care clinic.

I've never experienced any problem at the clinic.Always been greeted with a smile. Parking gas never been an issue & booking online is easy although like most clinics you may not get your preferred doctor but those that I've encountered have been great.
