Been going here for about 20 years. Doctors are very kind and knowledgeable and I can usually get in to see a doctor when I really need to within 48hrs - even if it's not my regular GP. Reception staff are always super friendly and helpful - even when I have called 3 times in 10 mins to change appointments!

I'm perplexed by the negative comments about reception staff - maybe they had someone filling in for a while or someone was having a particularly bad day - we all have those.

Doctors are great, but the receptionist who answers the phone is very rude.

I agree with Lea D & plenty of others regarding the receptionist phone manner. And yes, I am reviewing the right Doctor's surgery & I'm also certain all the other reviewers also are reviewing the correct surgery.
