CrossFit Resonate

Started CrossFit about 12 months ago, these guys are the most supportive, welcoming and professional community and it made me feel really good about my decision to join. Eden and the coaches are some of the best in the industry and provided such a personalised and supportive experience. The community is so lovely and made me feel so welcome. If you are nervous about trying CrossFit or are thinking about giving it a go, then Resonate is by far your best option. Top of the range equipment, top of the range coaching. Best of the best. 5+ Stars.

I have been training CrossFit for 5 years at a number of different boxes and Resonate takes top spot! The team and community there are more than welcoming and support is there all the way through each and every workout.
What makes this box stand out is how much time and effort the coaches put into each athlete. Eden (owner) is the most dedicated coach I have ever met, his passion and experience is outstanding. Need help with something, he’ll make the time to help you out.

I started at CrossFit Resonate with no experience, and Eden and the other coaches have been incredible in building both my confidence and fitness levels. CrossFit Resonate has an amazing community that is perfect for both new comers and veterans alike. I could not recommend this gym any more highly for those seeking to push themselves to the next level.

The team and coaches at CrossFit Resonate are amazing. They have built more than a gym. The team are very approachable and accommodating. The coaches are very knowledgeable and accommodate for everyone's skill level and fitness goals.
