This is a great chemist. They look after my scripts and remind me when I need more. They order stuff in when they don’t have it. They carry a good variety of other goods as well as being a Tatts Lotto dealer. The staff is very friendly.

I highly recommend this chemist. The pharmacist Jon was extremely helpful with my prescription. I had a prescription from hospital that was not available anywhere in Hobart, so he made sure to contact every possible pharmacy to get mine, even called my hospital. He knows what he is doing. Highly recommend again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff member who when I asked about a product I was searching for for my mother (a skin milk by La Roche) that Terry White unfortunately do not carry, jumped online and found two places in town "because I know how frustrating it is to want my favourite product and not be able to find it". such wonderful service deserves recognition to the young lady at the counter at the magnet court entry. this morning.

Everything that’s needed from a pharmacy is available plus courteous staff to assist. Bonus to have covid and flu vax available there also

I have to see my doctor every month on the month to script done ,i live 70 km south of city and happy to do that ,have enjoyed years of good staff in general ,this month i had to move my doctors appoint forward 4 days to specially arrange my script early so i could arrange my doctor to allow the chemist to dispense early so i can go to Melbourne to see one of my daughters that i have not see since start of covid,also to spend my birthday with family and celebrate my daughters first pregnancy ,go to the pharmacy to pick up the medication to be told they had no knowledge of this ,then to be interrogated about my plane ticket that i was still waiting for(sometimes purchased hours before departing as family member watching web site for rock bottom under 100 dollar jetstar fare) a huge issue and loss of fair if ticket purchased to fly 3 hours before the pharmacy opens on a Sunday morning,already discussed arranged with doctor,,yet told im a liar ,interrogated over my eticket i collect at airport on departure like always,rude towards me ,she made a huge issue about my arrangement which she claimed was false(while rolling her eyes around,claiming i was lieing)this is not first this happened either by the same woman.i find that i should not be treated with so little respect,accused as a liar and integrated after i had to arrange early appointment and script and drive 140km round trip just to collect script,so two and half hours drive ,25 dollars extra fuel cost,all just in case i end up with a 6.30am departure the next morning.
No one should leave a pharmacy feeling upset,confused and discriminated after years and years been a faithful customer ,never doing anything to deserve been treated like shiz frankly,and she ownes the pharmacya. so its time to arrange other my scripts elsewhere .

Went in early on a Sunday morning to buy some things and to get a document certified. We were told it would cost $5 and that was fine. One customer was waiting before us. The pharmacist asked if we minded waiting for her to do the script. That was fine with us. A few more people walked in and the pharmacist told us to pretty much go away it's not her job to sign documents! Well no but if you charge its a service you provide. Her attitude and tone was appalling will never go back.

Do not allow or accept a alternative product other than what is on your prescription from the Chemist, if the alternative product does not suit you, there will be no refund or any offer to to compensate you for supplying you with a incompatible product and you will be out of pocket and using up your script which results in another trip to the Doctor.And yes Mr chemist I was watching you when I left...
