Zap Fitness 24/7 Rosny

Cleanest zap fitness I have ever seen. The girl in the reception is always cleaning. Every other zap fitness I went to my issue was always the cleanliness but I cant fault her. She is on top. I dont know her name but thanks for keeping the gym so clean.

I have been to Zap Rosny a few times, each time I have been welcomed by staff and received help when I need it. The facilities are clean and to standard. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist. Zap Rosny is a safe, friendly and supportive place for you to workout!

I mainly use the Rosny gym for Personal Training with Madi for boxing. I found it hard to get PT’s sessions for boxing in the local area, so Madi was a breath of fresh air. She works me hard, and I feel like I’ve completed a workout. I’ve been boxing for 10 years, never stepped in a ring, more fitness.

I have found Jack to be a hardworking & capable Zap team member, both in customer service & on the gym floor.
He is approachable & efficient & is always either fixing, putting away or cleaning the gym equipment when I attend.

The gym is well equipped and clean. It has the Lifestyle / Hammer Strength machines and cardio equipment you'd expect, but also as a differentiator it has a functional fitness room which has a sled, farmers walk handles, punching bag, plyo boxes and more. It's a top gym for a local commercial setup

Sept 2022: Finally, a Zap.Gym that's fully equipped and has a decent layout. With the temporary closure of Zap Moonah, we've been suggested Zap Glenorchy, which is poorly allocated and over utilised. Zap Rosny has the equipment were used to at Moonah, and there's plenty of it. Which is odd, considering its significantly smaller than Glenorchy. It was also significantly cleaner than any other Zap I've used around Vic/Tas. This is the model head office should be aiming for.

Best gym and people around. If you are looking for a great all round gym that caters all types of sessions. Bonus: comes with the best personal trainer on the planet!

Would not survive without this place. Been going here 9 years. Loved it when I started love it even more now with the added functional fitness training area. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Couldn't find the toilets and change rooms when i first walked in but a staff member happily directed me in the right direction
