F45 Training Bellerive

I did a trial with the F45 guys, not sure what I was getting myself into and next minute I’ve been a member for 6 months & it’s become a huge part of my life. I’ve achieved things I never thought I was capable of because the trainers are so encouraging, helpful & motivating. I’ve made friends & most of all it’s made me incredibly motivated & the best version of myself. F45 is genuinely the best part of my day. They have DJs on Saturdays & it’s just that good for your soul! Well done to the F45 teams/trainers - you’re changing lives 🩷

No other gym has given me motivation like f45! It’s so easy to stay committed when everything’s done for you, I don’t have to think about what workouts I’m doing, I don’t have to get all the equipment out or put it away either, everything is set up and ready so it makes a trip to the gym stress free! On top of this the trainers are so encouraging and supportive and are always friendly and approachable, they push me to go harder and reach PBS every week. All of the trainers are professional and seem to be super knowledgeable on form and technique, over all just the best gym I’ve ever been to!!

I've finally turned into one of those people who enjoys exercise! Went from rarely exercising to going 6 days a week. Atmosphere is great, exercises are always changing and it's over in only 45 minutes of your day! Give it a crack.

I absolutely love going to F45 Bellerive! The atmosphere and trainers make going to the gym something to look forward to! I could not recommend F45 Bellerive highly enough.

Bellerive is easily the best f45 to train at in Hobart. Great atmosphere, practical class times and friendly professional trainers.
