Good Price Pharmacy Hobart

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here ever since they opened. I love their staff, always pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy is well organized and things are easy to find. Thank you to your great staff.

Prices are great especially for promotional items, organised and easy to find what you want. Located opposite the hospital, with a supermarket in the basement (Woolworth’s).
Staff are friendly, approachable, and definitely worth coming back.

Got prescription filled really quickly and best thing is my medication does NOT stink of perfume/after shave/perfumed handwash like some pharmacies.

Terrible customer service experienced when trying to return defective product to this store.

Sales assistant surly and disinterested in helping when the product is substandard and not fit for purpose. Pump action dispensing nozzle on bottle is very hard to unlock. When unlocked the nozzle is stiff and needs a lot of force to dispense lotion from bottle. When sales assistant operated the nozzle, she squirted very large gobs of the lotion not only into her palm but also onto the sales counter since the nozzle is hard to control.

Manager argued at length there is nothing wrong and insisted I cannot return the product since sales assistant already dispensed some lotion from the bottle. When I stood my ground, manager said he will contact manufacturer and to wait until the next day.

Next day manager provided a replacement bottle so I asked him to operate the nozzle. The same thing happened with lotion landing on the sales counter. After this he had no option but agree I can return the product. Why so hard to return a defective product ?

Avoiding this store in future.

我在2023年3月6日在澳洲HOBART旅遊時在這間藥房買了6樽維他命E 收銀員並非獨尊維他命scan 因為我買了兩樽1000IU單位四樽500IU單位價錢並不一樣 就咁望落去樣子差別不大 由於旅行團時間匆忙 在沒有細看收據便離開HOBART藥房
3月7日已離開HOBART才發現收銀員收多錢 我以電郵通知藥房亦連同收據及貨物實物照片電郵給分店作證據 要求退回多付的金額退回我的信用卡 至今仍未收到回覆 十分不滿意收銀員並沒有細看貨品種類   令我畀多咗錢
