I love to go there when its quiet but you never feel pushed to order ...... Love the couch/old mirrors/chandelier corner and the drinks are quite well priced. Happy customer.

$15 1kg of chicken wings (special) were super tasty.
Roasted vege salad was delicious, housemade hommus and crispy brussel sprouts (special) were great too.

Went for the Hobart Jazz festival. This was organised in a professional way. The venue was packed and there was a 50% deal for main meals. Staff are down to earth friendly and really helpful. I highly recommend going here during happy hour.

We had a very small drinks function and felt so welcome. Nothing eas too much trouble. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff warm and professional.

I came here while on a holiday from Brisbane. I went to so many bars while I was here and I went here for a gig that they hosted. The sound and lighting was amazing. The drinks were AMAZING and decently priced, the food was good, the vibe of the entire bar was amazing. And not to mention every single bar staff that served me had the best service I’ve genuinely ever had at any bar before, even here in Brisbane. I’ll definitely be going back next time in Tasmania!

The perfect local bar, to get a cheap feed (hello wing Wednesdays), play pool or watch a gig. The crowd completely varies, from you to old, they have a packed smoking area which is heated.

An excellent music venue & restaurant & bar! They book the best performers locally & interstate & sometimes international as well! Excellent dance floor where I rocked out 2 Christmas's ago when I was staying with my girlfriend Meagan! I had an awesome excellent experience at this bar & cafe! Well worth checking out! It has a huge private back yard table area! It's a very popular & cool place!

It was a cold wet night and the outside areas were very busy. Inside was even busier. Something good is going on. I had to leave early so I never figured it out

Best char-grilled octopus I've ever eaten and it's just as good as the last time, every time. Once in a blue moon I eat something else from the menu that's just as good. Just to keep the staff on their tentacles. Reasonable prices and great music in the evenings.

Best squid in the world. Nice selection of beers including craft and more normal run of the mill ones to. Resteraunt quality and style food. Always check the specials board the chefs are super creative and always on point. Exceptional and friendly service.

Jack Daniel's marinated steak is always a winner.
I had the 300g sirloin this week. One of the best steaks I've had in a very long time.
Beef cheeks, lamb shanks, pumpkin & fetta linguine. All excellent.
