I'm super impressed by the staff at Petstock, we've been to the Mair Street store and received fantastic service. This was our first visit to this Creswick Road store and couldn't be happier. Gemma's assistance was excellent, so knowledgeable and friendly, we were shown various options and came away with what we wanted. Simply an extensive range of quality goods that are backed by real service.

This is our family's regular weekly stop, and the guys at Creswick Rd Petstock are always friendly and happy to help. I love the brand credits and rebates on certain foods/ products. Always great prices as well.

rly knowledgeable staff that were really helpful even tho i accidentally made them have to go back and forth across the store a few times. awesome little cat box! one of the cats sat on my head :)

Very helpful staff.Dog food 20kg wasnt a problem when I asked them if they would mind carrying it to my car.Not the first tim I have beeen and certainly wont be the last.Staff very helpful.Nice and clean.
