Staff have always been great, obviously when you go to the docs you are generally not well an even on bad days Pic always makes you feel that little better with his cheerful personality. How could you not when his such a beautiful happy soul.

Always fast and friendly

Yet again another disappointing experience with the staff here who gate-keep and refused tk sell me simple, non prescription medication - acting as a barrier for customers to access medical care. (I went elsewhere and another chemist gave me what I needed without any issue after a brief conversation.) Unfriendly staff lacking curiosity and empathy and apparently unwilling to do their jobs properly. I will not be back.

Was referred here by vicroads to get documents signed. Was told on phone yes come down straight away. I was around the corner. When I got there.was told too busy to sign today. Come back another time. I am disabled and was hurting standing waiting to get served and told that. Walked out. Her tone and attitude was why I left.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had seen dr dover for lung problems didn’t do any checks at all just prescribed me a antidepressant and as I walked out the door he said here I’ll give you a stronger dose for when I finish the first lot of antidepressants very very poor and will be taking this further.
