Arch Medical Centre Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy. Usually it's very quiet so no long waiting times and the staff is very friendly and caring. Handy to have right next to the GP so you can get everything sorted in one place.

My husband and I have been regular customers of the pharmacy since it opened and are impressed by the efficient and high standard of service Rob, Jane, Jen and team provide.
Customers are treated respectfully and greeted with a smile. Many regular customers are greeted by name.
Customers' prescriptions are dispensed professionally and promptly.
'Webster Packs' as we know them are available for a small fee. They assist customers manage their regular medications safely.
The pharmacy is clean, well laid out and shelves are well stocked.
There is also an efficient delivery service available. The drivers are always competent and pleasant.
There is a well equiped, large, medical practice directly above the pharmacy and other allied health services onsite, including pathology, physiotherapy & podiatry. On top of this there is a cafe only a few metres away for those in need of a cuppa.
There is a large free customer car park onsite, so no parking problems to deal with.

Most organised Chemist in Ballarat ( Band New), if they don't have it they will order it in for you, great prices and a medical center right there as well, so you don't have to drive to a different chemist to get you meds.

Extremely clean store excellent helpful staff, i wouldn't go anywhere else..
