So glad my sister and I found North Lakes Removal to help us. We’ve had a couple of bad experiences with removalists in the past but was not disappointed with the service provided by North Lakes Removal. We had quite a few huge items but Adam and Gary did a great job and was very careful to not damage the property or our furnitures. We’re so pleased with the service and if we could rate 10 stars , we would rate Adam and Gary 10 stars for their hard work. My sister and I would definitely recommend North Lakes Removal to anyone and would use them again in the future.

We’ve just had our move completed by North Lakes removals and I can’t fault a single thing. They turned up on time with a large truck and carefully and quickly packed our whole house, plus items I threw in which they were more than happy to take. At the the new house they placed everything where we wanted upstairs and downstairs and even changed the battery in the smoke alarm for me. Overall the move only took around 3 hours and they were friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again.

We were so happy with the service Matthew and Shane gave us as we moved today. They came at 8, right on time and were finished by 12. We were amazed by how quick they both were, they were super professional and super careful with our furniture.

we had one "accident" moving one of our daughters, where the clothes dryer fell and was badly damaged which can happen to anyone; Mark, the owner of NLR, didn't blink an eyelid. he accepted the responsibility and paid for a new dryer. We made sure it was of equivalent value etc.

Mark was able to fit our move in with less than a weeks notice in such a busy period. He was professional, provided all the details about costs and what I could expect. The night before the move he contacted me to confirm. On the day of the move, Dave and Nathan turned up on time, they did an amazing job. They communicated with me if they needed to take something apart, asked me where things went in the new house and were extremely friendly. Keep that in mind people... have a chat with them as they're working. These men are doing a tough job, sometimes in terrible weather conditions. Spare a nice word for your furniture removal guy! My friend recommended them and I booked my moving with North Lakes Removals. Dave and Jason arrived early, they were quick but very careful. The guys were easy to deal with and very professional. No wasting time and I knew my things were in safe hands. I will be both using them again and recommending them. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received. Michael and his off-sider were 10mins early, really friendly and polite, got to work right away and worked their butts off getting our whole house moved and unpacked at the other end in record-time. They were super quick which saved us $$$ and took great care of our furniture. We moved a 4 bedroom 2 living area house about 4 suburbs away, and it ended up costing much less than we'd expected, and everything was put exactly as we wanted it + reassembled in the new house so we didn't need to move a thing.

I don't often take the time to leave reviews but we were so impressed, I totally recommend these guys. Thanks for making a stressful move so much easier!

I cannot speak highly enough of North Lakes Removals. Jasper and Matthew where fantastic, polite, professional, well mannered and very careful with all of my things. I have a 3 level townhouse with many stairs and nothing was too much for them. Quality of work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Brilliant professional service, the guys were thorough, professional all the way and nothing was too much trouble. We have moved a couple of times in the past few years and each time something was damaged. We used North Lakes removals for the first time as we are local to the area and had noticed their trucks in the neighbourhood, so gave them a go...and we couldn't be happier. No issues, no damage, nothing lost.

We were really impressed with the service we received while moving house from Carseldine to Bribie Island. So grateful for David and Nathan, who were very professional and worked really well as a team. They remained extremely patient and courteous while dealing with our stress and uncertainty, and handled all our furniture with care. First class packers, highly recommend!

When you rarely move because the sheer thought of it is so overwhelming and then you come across two people who arrive on time, scope the job before beginning to tretis your entire home into the back of their truck again before unloading it all.... it is such a huge relief and actually a pleasure. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great value service. My move was planned perfectly with timing and the right size transport. The removalist team were helpful, friendly, and took great care with our possessions. The job was completed quicker than I initially thought it would have taken in time/trips.
