Went in to purchase new coffee machine
Brandon was new apparently but absolutely awesome. Could not have been a better customer service experience. Even offered to carry it out to the car. Good old fashioned service.

It’s easy to write good reviews when everything goes perfectly, however, due to a misunderstanding an incorrect washing machine was purchased and delivered. The Good Guys and specifically Cody from North Lakes called me, took ownership of the situation, and made sure we quickly received exactly what we wanted. Frankly, I’m amazed by the response and now regret the grumpy tone of my complaint email. I’m delighted with the service we have received and recommend Good Guys at North Lakes as a place to shop with confidence that you’ll be looked after. Well done and thank you.

I went and got a new vaccum and steam mop I ordered online there was a little hick up with my vaccum that they called me about and were so honest and open and offered me a discount too I had a really good experience the man serving me was Oli/oliver I think (sorry if that’s wrong) but he was amazing so lovely and I got my vaccum I wanted in the end very happy with the service I received thank you so much to the team at Good Guys north lakes ❤

Bought a washing machine customer service was very good Premium delivery process was exceptional the two men were friendly did a great job setting up machine and removal of old large heavy machine.

During last week's 33 degree heatwave my old fridge decided it was all too much to continue on. Deemed non-repairable I headed out to Good Guys to see what was available, got a good deal on my choice, delivered & installed next day on time as promised. Whenever I want to buy something, I always want to see how the item looks like, how it works and what functions it has. It was an awesome experience at The Good Guys North Lakes Location when I was looking for an air fryer after looking for it at some places like Myer, JB Hi-Fi and Target. I was fully given information of the air fryer that I bought which is the Smart Oven Air Fryer Breville. If you want to buy some Kitchen Appliances, I would highly recommend you at The Good Guys and see “Jasper B”!!! He is absolutely brilliant! Very very professional 🤗

Very happy. Got a great deal on a fridge, and they delivered the next day. Good customer service, clean store, plenty of parking.

Only issue I had was with the website. They have a feature that does a price search/match that offers the best price... Then when you try to get that price to buy the item, it reverts back to the higher price. I had to go into the store and have an employee to fix it up, so I could get the price they offered. Unfortunate I had to make the extra trip, but the staff were really helpful, so It was okay. Just a bit pointless to have the website that doesn't work properly.

I am so impressed with the quality of service from The Good Guys North Lakes. We bought a coffee machine that failed after a couple of months. The team successfully had it serviced and returned within the timeframe promised. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and their team are very friendly and helpful. Good quality service is rare to find, but this team have it. Thank you. You are our first point of call for electronics!

I had an issue with a faulty Microwave I had purchased yesterday. Leanne helped me with outstanding customer service, I was very impressed. I highly recommend The Good Guys North Lakes.

CJ (the manager), Leighanne (team member) and Lupe (team member) assisted me and my partner in securing our items to be b bought. I and my partner went there again not only twice but already thrice, and definitely will be there again for more times in the future.

CJ just knows how to manage her team very well. well-coordinated with her team and gives so much customer satisfaction. CJ also provided good information of the products we are choosing from.

Lupe and Leighanne serves us very very well, in excellent way all throughout our stay in the store. They do have a wide knowledge about the products they are selling to us.

Good Guys is our newest favourite store now because of the service these girls provided!

We went to The Good Guys at Northlakes and was recommended to go to Adam by a friend and he was THE BEST! He was honest, so knowledgeable on all the products, helped us compare the range and have us an awesome price- so glad we were recommended to go to him and will make the drive just to be served by Adam again!

The team at the Northlakes have been amazing with their knowledge on the vacuums and accommodating especially Mahen who brought the vacuum to the car
