Spotlight North Lakes

Pleasantly surprised at the range of frames and easels at Spotlight..!! I purchased three easels which I later painted at home and two frames for my paintings. They looked awesome on display at a recent Art Expo I did ❤
Will definitely purchase more in the future! Staff are friendly and store is huge… clean with a huge range of decor, art n crafts and manchester… so much more

We had the best kind of customer service by Nadia in the curtain section during the week. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while we had to choose a house full of curtains and blinds for a rental. Thank you so much for all of your help Nadia, we are so grateful for it 🙌

Usually only purchase fabric. Staff helpful, knowledgeable & always friendly. Rate higher for customer service than many other Brisbane stores.

Spotlight offers more than you expect and with great customer service. Was great to be apart of their loyalty program as I try and create a local kids ‘just create it’ Mother’s Day competition for our community. They provide wheelchair accessibility and even where possible will help you with your goods to the car.

Good staff and very helpful, heaps of beautiful linen and doona covers.

Had a great experience with the balloon section of Spotlight at North Lakes. The staff were wonderful. I needed a balloons and they were very professional. Provided excellent advice and were very careful to ensure that I understood how to care for the balloons to ensure they were in the best possible condition for my event. They were flexible and very efficient. The pricing was also exceptional!

Got all that I needed from here, even though I live at the back of another store. A young lady staff member (didn't get her name) was very helpful and pleasant, locating the invisible thread (it really lived up to its name) and power mesh I specifically needed and the young man at the fabric cutting counter was very polite, pleasant and efficient. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

Great experience bought fabric for a coat that is being custom made and this young girl there was so helpful and got us on the right path. Got everything I needed.

I've been here a few times now, staff are friendly and helpful. The shop offers a great range of home products at good prices, from linen to quality fabric this is a good starting point.

I often go here for all my craft needs. But recently went to request some gender reveal poppers, which Spotlight stocks. I handed over the slip of paper and asked if the young lady behind the counter could accommodate my request. She was very obliging, collected the two poppers, blacked out the gender on both the receipt and poppers and even shielded the POS screen from me. This made for a wonderful surprise gender reveal on New Year's Day after the countdown to midnight. Thank you so much to the young lady who helped this happen!

I shopped at North lakes spotlight today at 11.30 and was assisted by Riana at the checkout and would like to commend her for her excellent service . She is polite and knowledgeable and is a great asset to spotlight !

We were in Spotlight on 19 Jan and 6 Feb and both lots of staff were wonderful. Its a lovely way to spend time... roaming through all of the beautiful products and having a laugh with staff.

Not really my thing but anytime i take my daughter or wife there they always find what they want and walk out ready to get on with a new project. Staff well informed and helpful too. Keep an eye out for the big savings that pop up now and again. Some really good discounts if you are a VIP member. Give em a go 👍

Love spotlight north Lakes, usual spotlight stock with a few extras. The staff at this store are the best ever I have encountered in any spotlight in the country. They are friendly, helpful , and cetainly know their stuff😃😃

Such a busy store on Saturday afternoon... full of shoppers. Fortunately for me, the art/painting aisles were people free, and I could browse for supplies in peace. I found what I was looking for, and could have been extra tempted to purchase a certain brand of paint with a big discount ( but I showed restraint ;) ) Spotlight is very well stocked
Service was good. The young girl behind the counter was very efficient.
I was in/out the store in record time. Having a service desk upstairs as well as downstairs sped up the process for me.

Store was bright, clean and super well kept. Massive range of materials and crafting goods, found the yarn selection to be lacking though. Staff were all kind and stopped to check in and make sure we were finding everything okay

Normally In and out of this store quickly friendly staff made this so much easier with knowledgeable staff. Could do with more staff as a line of 17 people waiting to be served at checkouts. Otherwise usually great.
