Nice location. Not crowded and orders came fast.

Has kid playground also.

The iced mocha was too sweet.

We had delightful crew member serve us today 29.9.23.
Very polite and well mannered.
I watched him work and he humbly cleaned the front area and did an amazing job .
His name is Amadei.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was cold..... I ordered a frozen coke and a soft serve. 5 STAR

Ordered my coffee on the MyMacca's app to collect via the Drive-thru. Process would have been quicker if others using the Drive-thru also pre-ordered on the app then all that is needed is to quote the code & continue through to Collect. No stopping to pay if you have set up payment through the Payment Methods in your Profile.

They were very helpful in many ways & were very knowledgeable with all their products.

It was really good the place was clean and the ordering and service was really quick. Overall a good place to stop for breakfast.

So much better than oxley and bellbowrie... could not believe the difference. Food tasted same of course but it was not messed up like at oxley and bellbowrie. Staff friendly. The touch screens all worked. Was not tired ...

I don't normally eat low vibrational food because it's sh!t but a few weeks back I treated myself and the family and stopped in at this maccers on the way to the Sunny Coast and I got to say probably the best maccers I had in years!

5 stars on customer service alone. Never in my life have I experienced such great service at a McDonald’s in Australia and I myself worked at the company for 5 years. Brynley took our order and delivered it to us, he was efficient and caring, made sure that we had the best experience possible.

The food (for Macca's) was hot and tasty. The service was very fast and friendly (only downside is that I hate using those stupid ordering machines) and it is a lovely venue. Very modern and clean.

Went through the drive through at 1pm on 9/2/22. The girl who served me got my drink wrong, Fanta instead of OJ. But she was so polite and wonderful and sorted it out straight away. Worlds a brighter place with people like you Darl ☺ Thanks

One of the best McDonald's around. Amazingly I am yet to have my ordered stuffed up which inevitably happens at every Maccas I have ever visited. The kids love the play area. The staff have always been friendly. Drive through typically has a bit of a wait though so make sure to give yourself a couple of minutes extra if you are looking to grab something quickly.

Probably one of the busiest dive throughs I have ever used when I visited but no issues with the order quite a wait on this visit and once in the line you can't get out so rooms about 20 minutes to get through this one.

Most always has some kind of line, but that means your food is hot n fresh. Been to this location a few times, hasn't disappointed yet.

This drive thru visit was good with speedy service and fresh food including the chips! Burgers looked and tasted fresh, seems like who was making them cared about them

Customer service here was fabulous. Food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Coffee was spot on and the restaurant was clean. Probably one of the better Macca's I have been to. We have visited a few due to travel. Keep up the great work North Lakes!

The night manager is always professional and extremely friendly. Business Park really know how to put the "fast" in "fast food", personally could not recommend the mighty muffin enough.

North Lakes is really stepping up its game with the new infrastructure and this McDonalds should be considered the forefront of it, up there with Costco.

This is indeed a business park. It houses all types and forms of business you can think of and imagine. And do you need to get a quick lunch without staying out of your office for too long? You can various restaurants and fast foods and cafes just around you at a walking distance.
Good office locations, business-like office spaces and compensating speed limits on the roads too.

Went through drive through on Sunday 12 November, the person who took my order understood what I said, confirmed order and was quick and prompt.

The best part of all was the Latte, who ever made that deserves to be the instructor for all other baristas because it was by far the best coffee/ latte ever. This legend of a barista made my latte around 1805 - 1815. He must teach the rest.
