Had to head to this store as local didn’t have the stock I wanted. Customer service was super friendly, staff were happy to help with my questions and didn’t make me feel like an idiot when trying to pick out women’s perfume for the mrs. Definitely will be back

Store is squishy to move around. Stock selection is on the smaller side since it is a smaller store. But staff are helpful & friendly so I prefer to go here than the Coles end store if I know they sell what I am looking for.

The smallest chemist warehouse I’ve been to but even though they were so busy the staff were still super polite and able to help me with my queries :)

I come to this place regularly,Back of house pharmacists are great.Front of shop needs some serious customer service HELP.
One of example of a few experiences,
Yesterday I followed a staff member for help with perfume for 5-6 mins she was deliberately trying not to make eye contact and continuing to put new prices on shelves.
This is not good for your business and does not bring money in.
I walked out ,bought elsewhere.

Went to go here today and it was all boarded up saying 'new store coming soon'. Online and on Google it said it was still open. So had to go all the way to the Coles end with a fussy baby who refused to be in the pram halfway to the Coles end, which wouldve been fine if I was going to my car and not down nearly the entire length and back.
Needs to be updated that it's not there.

Did a click and collect, online had to choose the store to check the availability, all good and place my order.. get an email to say one item wasn’t in stock, go in to collect my order and ask to swap to a different fragrance, nope can’t do that. then they tell me to press cancel so I can collect my other items, but you see when I hit cancel it cancelled the whole order.. I didn’t want to cancel the whole order.. so I walked out empty handed. they were the most unhelpful people ever.

For this customer service cake, you will need;

1 accusation of stealing a box of baby wipes. Make sure you have a queue of 5 other people behind the customer as an audience. Ensuring she's holding a screaming baby will give the cake a good body. You can blatantly ignore the fact that shes trying to pay for more expensive medication, while allegedly stealing said baby wipes. Claiming that she "isn't allowed to leave the store until she shows the contents of the box", though blatantly untrue, makes for a rich bit of filling. Though your customer has her hands full, there's no need to offer any assistance, but rather maintain your station during these allegations. This is how you mix your audience and the accused for bold extra flavours.

Once you have reduced your customer to tears, collect half a cup to make the icing on the cake, while still maintaining your station.

Once the customer has provided adequate proof that the box of baby wipes do in fact contain an emergency change of clothes, some wipes and a backup diaper you can offer not a single apology as the cherry on top.

Worst customer service I've never had! Would of liked to spend a bit on a few fragrances but stood there waiting for anybody in store to be around to help me but no instead it's a bunch of pimpley young idiots talking and laughing amongst themselves as if there are back in school.
