Kitchen Warehouse North Lakes

I have visited this business twice and both times I have been very pleased with the service. It pays to go somewhere where you can discuss your needs sometimes - rather than picking and choosing at an online shop.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff - and prices weren't what I considered expensive at all.

Extremely helpful lady. We were able to purchase everything (plus more) we required. Terrific choices, especially if setting up home.

There are so many different items I could buy from there! Everything is really handy for anything you need or want from there. I also might be back there again this week, we don't really know haha

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great range of products for the home chef as well as professionals. Also has an exciting range of items for the dining table and home bar. High quality that prices can reflect at times, but worth it. Excellent online service is available.

A great store! I normally shop from the online store, but we were in the area so we dropped in. The staff were friendly and offered help, but left us alone when we said that we were okay. On checkout the lovely lady serving us was very knowledgeable about the product we were buying, and gave us some helpful tips. She also converted my membership into an in store one and told me that I had already earned $10 credit towards my purchase. I was very impressed with the service, and I see that it matches that of the online customer service centre.

We are now repeat customers. They have had the items we wanted each time and the service was very good. Good depth of product knowledge without a smarmy attitude that you some times get at other shops. The shop is genetally well presented but I would like the display kitchen to be fixed.

Have shopped at Kitchen Warehouse in North Lakes a number of times. They always have a competitive price, and stock the higher quality items which is what I am often after. Today I only managed to make it to the store 2 minutes before closing time, and honestly it would have been totally understandable if they had turned me away - but their customer service was great as usual. They helped me find the produce I was after, and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Every person working in the store stopped and said hello at some point and offered to help. I was offered coffee and freshly baked cookies from 3 different staff.

This store has a massive range of products and brands with a very spacious set out (not small and pokey like most kitchen stores).

I usually shop online but thought I’d drop in store as I needed a few knives (among many other things) and wanted to hold them before buying. When I asked for help, the manager suggested I speak with the resident knife enthusiast as she could offer the best advice. She took the time to listen to my needs and find the most appropriate knife. She didn’t rush me and made sure I felt comfortable holding the knives before I purchased them. She also helped me choose the right sharpener for the knives I chose and made sure to provide advice on the proper storage. Being a novice I was appreciative of her knowledge. I usually dread asking retail staff for help but she was so friendly and knowledgeable it was a very pleasant transaction.

The staff were friendly to all the customers in the store and were joking and having fun amongst themselves as well. Looks like a great place to work.

I was really impressed with my experience. I loved shopping there and I will definitely be back to check out the awesome range of baking products next.

Went to buy a product on line so I could take advantage of the 20% boxing day sale but decided to go in-store instead. Unfortunately the sale was for online purchases only but the sales assistant was nice enough to match the online sale so was very happy. Great customer service and product range.

I shopped in your store today after buying online and selecting click and collect. Really happy with the customer service, all staff were really helpful and warm. Was even offered coffee and a freshly cooked biscuit! I'm a first time customer and would definitely recommend your store to others.

Collected an online 'Click and Collect'. It was all very efficient. I was served quickly and efficiently. Large store with lots of free parking. Easy access for those with mobility issues.

Went in last Sunday and was welcomed by three friendly staff that all offered their service, I was also offered hot tea or coffee and lovely lamingtons.

One young lady who approached me and helped tremendously on finding the product I wanted ( my little kitchen gadgets) she had outstanding customer service skills, she gave me information from their high tech tablets and when she needed help answering my 100 questions as she let me know she had just started, she asked the two other ladies, who were more than helpful.

I brought my thermometer and a few gadgets and then the young girl offered to help me take my shopping to my car!
Now that’s service you don’t get at most places, free coffee and sweets to boot !!

I will positively be back again !
