I was trying to make a time to discuss getting advice for my elderly parents that need to relocate due to poor health. I was told that Richard wasn't interested as he was too busy, it was too hard a client and he wouldn't get paid as he wasn't on commission. Very poor attitude, very disappointing and an upsetting response.
