Amart Furniture North Lakes

Great team, we where asked if we needed help at least 6 times by different people. When they worked out what kind of thing we where looking for they even suggested a product at their morayfield location that they didn't have on show. Regret going to morayfield because the service at north lakes was 150% better.

Since we arrived from europe 1982 we are regular customers from Amart furniture. First in Lawnton and later in North Lakes 4509. We never regreted. They sell good quality goods, furnitures, bedding etc. The service is always top. They always look after us and support us. Special thanks to Susan and Mike the manager who look after us verry well lately. We like to recomend Amart in general and specialy in North Lakes 4509 to every one.

It's been a long while since I have received such friendly and attentive customer service. Faith patiently assisted me to source items for my client overseas. She assisted me with shipping sizes, weights and packaging. A++ for Faith's customer service! She is definitely an asset to the company.

I just popped in, as I needed to buy a new bed. The store is looking flash and very presentable. Definatelly a large selection of beds, dining tables, sofas and other furniture. The staff was helpful too.

Lookout for Benjamin he is the best salesperson in store, always gives great service, advice and great prices. I love this store 👍

I had a wonderful experience with Susan and the dispatch person. Susan helped us secure our bed and was very patient. She even came to see us when we came to collect our unit.

The guy in the warehouse was very helpful and nice. He also had a great customer service personality and was very great to talk to.

Wonderful service in store!!!. We went there after we bought furniture from another store/brand and were left extremely disappointed. AMART pointed us the in the right direction, had wonderful service and went through everything with us. One piece arrived damaged and we were able to arrange a new one within 24hours. Very happy and definitely will be buying from AMART in the future.

There is plenty of furniture here. The staff are ready to help when you need them.

My partner and I had a lovely experience with Tony during EOFY sale. Very friendly and a good sense of humour. Had a couple phone calls with Holly, who was also very nice and helpful.

I enjoyed my l entry into this Store. They had a wide range of chairs and coffee tables that i could choose from, customer service was really good and eventually i was able to buy what i was looking for and came away a satisfied and contented customer. Overall an enjoyable experience and i will be back for sure.

I purchased my new lounge suite from Amart at North Lakes from a wonderful lady, her name was Susan. After looking at several stores and speaking to different salespeople in other retailers Susan was the most honest and knew so much about Amart’s products. I would highly recommend her to my friends to purchase there new lounge suite. Do you self a favour ask for Susan at Super Amart North Lakes. My partner and I have purchased many items from this store, first time was super easy and enjoyable, we love our bedroom suite so much. Second experience we are now having has been just as great with the staff and service, although we found that our living and dining package was all marked. 10/10 in service to have it all replaced so quickly, they helped us price match all new furniture and showed nothing but understanding and support during the process. All of the staff were there to help and we appreciated it so much.
