Sydney Tools North Lakes

Tool shops are not my favourite place and I will usually shop online but I would come back in-store just because of the amazing service. Cameron was absolutely fantastic, I have never experienced such great service. I hope management recognises and appreciates Cameron, employees that great are hard to come by.

The team at Northlakes were so friendly and helpful. They helped us with all our needs and assisted us to getting them to our car. My hubby had a sore shoulder so couldn't lift anything they got another team member to help. 5 star service.

Had an initial issue but Ben Davies rectified everything and went above and beyond to help me out. This is what good customer service should be. Thanks Ben.

Best service large range of tools, if you need something they don't have they will do their best to get it for you.

I had ordered a large toolbox online and had an enquiry regarding postage. As soon as I got onto Luke Scrivener at the North Lakes store he immediately took ownership of delivering an amazing customer experience as well as the toolbox (ahead of schedule, extra points)
He has gone above and beyond for me and I am now a firm customer of Sydney Tools (formerly off competitor TT )

During a difficult week the brilliant store manager Josh , went over and above to make a mothers surprise for her daughter happen . Forever grateful for the kindness shown to us , the professionalism and genuine wanting to help has added to a wonderful experience I wish I could offer more than 5 stars . Thank you I recommend them more highly than I have ever recommended anyone in the past . This company is lucky to have people like Josh working for them. 50 stars at least

Used to use another well known tool shop for years, (TT’s) that is pretty close to you guys and have had nothing but issues with the manager there when he has been involved. Will never shop there again. I have got nothing but praise for Josh and his team at Sydney Tools. Better range, better service and an all round great attitude.

Amazing online service and delivery time. I live in rural town but still received my order days after the purchase. Communication was great. My order was perfect. Highly recommended.

Possibly the best range of mechanic's and other tools that I've seen in one store. The staff were very helpful and provided sound advice with respect to what I needed. I'll be back.

purchased a Makita dust extractor had a concern with the unit dealt with Logan and Luke. they were excellent, good customer service in and out of shop within 5 mins couldn't be happier. will be buying all my tools from here now after the experience i received .

Brodie Walker provided a quick and friendly alternative when my purchase item was of of stock. He was a nice young fellow to deal with.
I was also stunned by the range of equipment at Sydney Tools Morayfield.

Luke Scrivener is a legend, beyond helpful, nothing was an issue, friendly, great advise, with staff like him your company is in good hands, i will definitely be shopping here again. cant speak highly enough of this guy or store.

Hard when your a lady in these stores for men (all these tools what do I buy) but got exactly what I needed for my partner.
