Nutrition Warehouse North Lakes

Visited the store over the weekend (17/2/24) and was after a specific product, Benjamin S was friendly and professional in helping me find the product. Unfortunately the following day when I went to try it the contents were solid and unusable, so I decided to take the product back to see if I could get an exchange or refund.

Going back into the store, I saw Benjamin again but the store was quite busy but waited till he was free to help me out. I explained what happened and he was quick to offer an exchange and also asked if he could check the product before I left the store with me. Unfortunately the same product in the same flavour were all solid and instead Benjamin asked if I’d consider trying another flavour, so agreed on something else and he opened it up for me to check and were both satisfied that the product was good to take home. This was a great experience all round and I’ll be sure to visit the store again soon. Thanks Benjamin for your excellent customer service ☺
