Bought a 3D printer from these guys two weeks ago. Had no end of trouble with it. Crazy error messages for no reason in the middle of long prints. They asked me to bring it in so they could troubleshoot for me.
Took it in. They thought they had solved the problem.
Turns out it just delayed the problem little bit.
They were happy to refund my purchase and help me upgrade to a different 3D printer. Nothing but praise.

I called in to ask at this store yesterday to ask if my cable or connector in my console in my Holden was faulty… was met by a very helpful team member ( Monica ) , who offered to come out to assess what the problem might be, and to her credit she spent quite some time altering the settings on my iPhone to actually make it work much more effectively without me needing to buy yet another USB CABLE, that I had been told far too many times by others at Holden dealers, in 3 states, who obviously just didn’t know what was necessary to sort out my questionable connectivity problems!

The staff at Jaycar Northlakes are great. Especially the store manager Matteo. He went above and beyond to help get my son's 3D printer going. Never losing patience with the all the questions. The other staff were just as helpful when Matteo was not there. I highly recommend this store and will not be going anywhere else from now on.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and had great knowledge to share of resin printing (something hard to come by). On top of the great service, the store is genuinely very nice to be in, owing to all the fantastic 3d prints decorating the room. Definitely coming back

Very helpful and well informed lady tried to help me out with a small led project, but unfortunately didn't have the exact parts i needed for the leds i had. However she went on to give me a few ideas and options to hopefully solve the problem so i will definitely be back to get the parts i need knowing now, what they have. Very impressed with her service. Give em a go👍

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, they went with an easy fix rather than try to upsell on some tech advice.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew on many occasions regarding our 3D printer and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He always makes time to answer any questions I might have and I highly recommend him and the Team at Jaycar North Lakes.

Was having problems at home trying to match up numbers on some button batteries so went to Jaycar and looked at their selection and thought I had the right ones , upon mentioning this to Benjamin he said “Hang on let me check up on your choices “ , well I was wrong as he went over to the rack and looked up on the computer to cross reference the numbers of my batteries. Superb service, will certainly recommend this store to friends and associates 😀👍

All staff very friendly and happy to oblige. Matthew was fantastic sorting out my problems with setting up security camera settings and giving instructions for home set-up. Excellent service!! Thankyou Matthew.
