Great tasting Fukuoka style ramen. Special mention to the wonderful char sui and ajitama. Worth the drive from Cairns central.

Great shop actual Japanese owners. And lantern lane is very cool. Really enjoyed my food great soup base in my ramen bowl. Food was prepared in a reasonable time and was brought to our table with in 5 mins of sitting down was surprised by the excellent quality of the food with in a shopping centre food court. Will recommend and revisit we I get the chance. Also thanks to woman who served us very helpful and extremely polite. Thanks again

Underrated Ramen shop. The Tonkotsu Ramen was very delicious and the pork gyozas and/or the karaage chicken as a side are a very good choice. The food can take a bit long when busy because there is usually 1 person working but it’s really worth the wait. When it’s not really busy it takes around 5 minutes. Very good atmosphere as well.

Was hungry and parched all day and they had great pork fried rice and gyoza and the pokki ice tea was so good. They were GENEROUS with the pork in the fried rice iykyk 10/10 so slayy

My Partner and i love RamenNobu, always a great meal, authentic flavour at a great price. Hironobu and his wife do a great job, highly recommend.

This place deserves so much more attention. The food is to die for. Beautifully tender meat. My partner had the charsew pork and rice, which we have declared our new favourite dish ever. Extremely tender and the sauce was the best thing we have ever tasted. I had the tonkotsu ramen. Pork was so tender and delicious, the broth was amazing. Both of us had a pork bun and was really just an amazing meal. The only downside is we felt bad we couldn't finish it! Both left with full bellies.

Customer service is extremely polite, venue is kept very clean and nicely tucked away out of the main noisy shopping centre. 10/10 recommend. The best Japanese restaurant in Cairns. Thank you so much!

Wow, I was a little bit put off by the price, but after tasting my first sip, I was blown away by its taste, and I was so glad that I got the extra egg and pork, if you get raman from here, add on the extra egg and pork, we'll worth the price!!!!!!! Another shop across the mall sells curry noodle at similar price buy with mediocre taste, little portion and tiny piece of meat.

At Ramen Nobu, it's going to be very full, well worth the price, at least for Cairns standard

My partner & I tried this place as takeaway last night,he brought it home it smelled so delicious!
The karage chicken was crispy, jucy and tasty! GENEROUS PORTIONS!
The deep fried gyoza were delicious and crispy.
The steam pork buns are the big ones! THE BIG ONES! for that price😍
And then there's the ramen...for just under $15 Tonkosu ramen fukuoka style is the best ramen we've had in cairns! VERY generous portions both with the meat and the garnishes! The noodle im not sure if homemade? was the best I've ever had ,not gluggy or under cooked ,JUST COMPLETE PERFECTION😍🤤
AND THE BROTH WAS ABSOULTELY TO DIE FOR! DELICIOUS, HEARTY ,FLAVOURFUL AND SO FULLFILLING!

Tucked into one of the best features of this Shopping Centre, Lantern Lane, this humble looking ramen shop has the best tonkotsu ramen in Cairns (that we've discovered so far). Girlfriend and I ordered two tonkotsu ramen, one with extra tamago (egg), a BBQ pork bun and a couple of iced teas. While the pork bun was merely average (not great, not bad) and the iced teas were, well, iced teas, the ramen..............wow! The broth was complex, deeply flavoured, the viscosity was incredible. Such sticky, oily, porky goodness! The chasiu pork was melt-apart tender and flavourful. The noodles were firm, excellent elasticity, lovely texture and favour. The tamago was perfectly seasoned. So good, my girlfriend was sad she didn't get an extra as well. Cabbage had a lovely hint of sesame, everything was lovely and fresh. Serving size was perfect and rather filling, although we're not usually big eaters (they offer Kaedama anyway). Staff were friendly and super polite. All around a fantastic experience, can't wait to go back, highly recommend. Reasonably priced too!

I am in love with their Prawn Dim Sims and Shoyu Ramen with added extras! I always get it before, during or after work. The owners are super lovely and kind ♡

Everything in here is great. My favorite is Char siu pork rice. Sweet soy flavor pork with crunchy flavorful veggies. I love the texture that melts in the mouth.

Best tonkotsu ramen in cairns. Great ramen egg and very thick piece of pork that is nicely marinated. Owner is very friendly.

Tonkotsu Ramen is pretty damn good, I usually order extra pork and eggs along with it, it is well worth it. I would highly recommend this place.
