One of the best Coles like the one in Ayr
Clean and friendly staff, plus they had items I have not seen in Brisbane stores in ages

This 5 star is for Phoenix who served me this morning. She was calm, polite, gave everyone an smile and acknowledged all of us ,even though she was very busy with about 4 other people with big orders to put through.

I like how the new self serve checkouts are now set up, so much more room in this area. The store still feels unorganised though.
Not my favourite Coles to visit.

Great! lots of stock and specials.

Lots of stock (except toilet paper - we don't need any, but we were curious). The usual helpful staff. Everyone was doing the right thing - social distancing. We did our biggest grocery shop for quite a while (visitors coming to stay) but we were in and out and back home inside an hour. A great experience.

Good place to shop for weekly groceries or a quick stop to pick up bread. Love the new store layout. Staff are friendly and happy to help find things; however, more staff on checkouts are needed especially getting closer to Christmas. Really glad they put more self serve machines in, I can get in and out a lot quicker than waiting in line for a register. As for other comments regarding the store manager; I have found Josh to be the most polite and helpful store manager of all the Coles stores I have shopped.

I love shopping here, undercover parking with easy access including a lift for disabled and less mobile customers from the basement car park. Aisles are wonderfully wide and spacious and always well stocked, I have never seen this place dirty or messy. Plenty of variety and the produce is spot on, nice and fresh. Staff are unobtrusive and efficient.

Had to say a BIG shout out to a lady from Coles Stocklands Earlville-Simone. Loving click and collect when yr a busy person and just need to grab and go. Highly recommend this coles service.. however let's set the scene.. 10 hour shift, click collect done at 4.30am for 4-6 pick-up.. 3 kids collected, grocery collected .. get home , car swop; as car not needed... then omg no 3 litre misty mountain milk... no notifcation on unavailability, even though I did tick substitute items. called the store no response, called click & collect. Young guy tried his best, but reallly no idea what to do. Told him, very patiently to please find a supervisor or manager to help... long story short.. well not really, soŕry!! Big shout out to Simone who personally delivered my milk, that's customer service. Thank you, thank you, outstanding service. Shame the computer has not caught up. Still have coles telling me to contact the store for disputes and refunds... WT🤣

Improved service was nice to see, lovely people working there, showing a good team effort for customer service. May I add, I watch a worker take care of a group of shoplifters, was amaze at the care she handle those girls, wish more staff took it up the code, as I see many customers taking food and eating it while shopping, not paying for it either, watch people take out of fruit bags items and left it for other customers to buy without any idea they are paying full cost for half the product. Too many people think its not stealing food and eating it without paying for it, somewhere it has to stop at one point . Stealing is stealing in my book of law. Mothers and fathers are allowing it to happen while they shop with their children in store. Good work for the staff on Monday. I love this store to shop. Thankyou so much to the staff who make my shopping day their great:)

Look out for the bottle red head female she is so rude. She short changed me by $90.00 cos I gave her a $100.00 note.The only reason I got my real change back was because there was only one $100.00 in her till. Her name is Sue. Look out Sue. Other customers have had the same problem. Manager be wear. No one likes her. Spoken to a few people about her. No one likes her.

Coles has the best selection of quality goods and variety of foods. A little more expensive than Woolies however it's a the small difference for the selection.

I like earlville Coles. It's easy to locate everything. I found their fruit and veg very fresh. Got a few markdowns. At the self service the young man and lady were really helpful. Git me bags and helpful whenever I needed. Highly recommend this Coles at Earlville, Cairns.

Always a pleasant place to shop,although some products are in short supply, staff friendly, easy parking

This Coles is excellent to shop very spacious and meat department is well stocked. I always find items here if I can't find them at Cairns Central or in Redlynch.

It's also a lot more quieter than Woolworths. Even though I'm a Woolies fan if you hate long queue you'll have to go to Coles.

Great Coles store. Carries many of the product lines, the smaller stores tend to not. There is also, pretty much always a non self-service checkout open too, which I consider a definite bonus.

Good variety of fresh and frozen food. Bought raw banana prawns and snapper fillets, fresh asparagus and coriander. 👌🏼

Like any other supermarket clean and tidy.Good stock

I would like to let management know about Alyissa, she served me today and is the best service operator I have had in a long time, not only was she pleasant, she was efficient and packed my groceries with common sense
