Ecoflo Wastewater Management

We cannot fault the team over at EcoFlo and their fantastic products. The Nature Loo Alectura 🌿 is such a great product but they have a great range depending on what you need. In comparison to other composting toilets, the Nature Loo Alectura is really easy to put together and the pedestal is really tidy and petite - perfect for Tiny Homes and off-grid solutions. This particular composting toilet was the perfect solution for our Tiny Home - built to be completely off-grid on a 20 acre farm. Set up was simple (we had just a few questions and the team were so quick so answer!), the toilet was up and running promptly and has been smooth sailing since installation!

The team over at Eco Flo were so great to deal with (as always!) - helpful and attentive with our questions and the aftercare sales is exceptional. We highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We bought an Nature Loo 850 for our country block, and it has been exactly what we needed. Mum and teenage daughter have no issues with it, it has worked exactly as we hoped, was easy to install, and operates odour free. Couldn't be happier with the good design, and quality components.

Very good service from Steve and the team at Ecoflo in Banyo. We needed some replacement parts for our very old original Sunmar composting toilets and they were able to provide us what we needed, and more, at great prices. We turned up first thing in the morning and we were greeted promptly and politely. We were shown our needed items while taken through their manufacturing warehouse so we could see exactly what we were dealing with. Steve was super helpful in getting hands on with us and literally putting together all the bits and pieces we needed, and also in the office where the sale was made. Could not thank him enough for his help getting us back up and running with our business!

Nature Loo toilet odourless and working well

Really haven't had a good run with this lot. Inaccurate set up manual with the Excelet 4 we purchased in October which made set up a drama. The toilet seat flap that separates the chamber from the seat has not worked properly since installation and when I rang them to complain about it a guy was going to ring back in an hour that was 4 days ago. Also, the most recent chamber we purchased had no drill holes for urine diverter housing or lid. Lucky we are a bit handy to sort out these things, however - we still have a lid that is below par. And no call back. Admittedly they only took over this business in September'ish - so a bit of slack given. Still Customer service is customer service.
