Best ever store, everything I need I buy online and have it delivered since I'm on disability and don't drive. They seem to get the item's you need urgent delivered to your door. Friendly customer service on the phone is awesome even their delivery people are awesome and friendly. I recommend online and in person to shop here for the items you need. Big thumbs up to the best staff ever. Thank you for making shopping so easy.

great, knowledgeable and friendly staff!!Firstly ! older gentleman who stands at the door always make my day and is a pleasure to see whenever I come in. and secondly, the young brunette lady with the glasses, I think her name was Heather or Hannah? She did a phenomenal job helping me find more of my screws. I had no idea what to look for or where to go but she took a look at it and was able to figure out what it was and where to get more!! 😊😊 perfect match and everything!! thank you bunnings team 😀👍👍

Just had the Best service ever from a lady called Yasmin In the plant section.
I am going through a renovation and am getting quotes from landscapers that some of the costs are absolutely outrageous.
It’s so stressful and they don’t even guarantee that the plants will survive.
I went through several photos with Yasmin for plants that I wanted for certain sections of the renovation and she was so confident knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
Yasmin explained several things about the plants that she wanted me to be aware of before purchasing even how to trim the plants to get the best results from them.
If Bunnings didn’t have anything in stock she told me when it was coming in or where to get it from.
Just with my first visit with Jasmin, I’d probably have already saved around $1000 on one Section of the garden.
Some of these plants are very unusual and not even stocked at Bunnings but Yasmin actually knew where to get them and even the best pot to choose when choosing the plant, how to trim the plant her knowledge was just amazing. .
If you need somebody who really knows their plants and you want impeccable service go and see Yasmin in the plant section at Virginia!

Love this place. Excellent range of products, something for every job inside or outside. Only one problem I have found - I can't go there first thing in the morning, otherwise I will stay there all day!

A worker there Riley in the mowers section provided me with great help and service while I was going to buy a mower giving me good advice and helping me with checking out and even though I didn’t know much about the subject he explained it to the best of his abilities which helped a great lot

Burnings Virginia outfit looks pretty new.
The lights are bright and the ceilings are high. If you buy something and have a receipt, it makes it easy to exchange or refund. If you have a Burnings Power Pass Card, there is also a 5% discount.

I rate this store highly. The kitchen staff really know their stuff. Store is tidy and stock levels are accurate.

One of my favorite Bunnings, because it's big. Always heaps of parking. Drive through trade area is big. Always has what I need. Friendly staff.

My family absolutely loves Bunnings Virginia. It seems so clean and spacious and the kids love having to go up the escalator/ elevator to access it.
We actually drive past 3 other Bunnings just to do the weekday U5's DIY/ the weekend kids DIY with Miss Sandie.
Sandie is a super star when it comes to craft - the adult & kids DIY. We all learn so much and have lots of fun.

I would like to thank Rob who served me today. Rob happily escorted me to both the garden and watering isles and showed me suitable fixtures to use. Rob went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. As a regular shopper at Bunnings he stands out and is worthy of positive feedback!

Bunnings is Bunnings, though being disabled, it was so easy to get in & out of. The isles had significant displays signs all over. That is true of all the stores that I have been to, cheers.

I got served by a very helpful staff member called Milla at the checkout today. She was full of energy and helped me with everything I needed.

I love how big this Bunnings is. I know Bunnings are generally big, but this one just seems extra massive. Not sure if it’s the layout, but they always seem to have everything, whereas when I’m at Newstead, they say “check online”

18 January 2024 - I popped in at 8.45pm in the Bunnings Garden Section at Virginia QLD and met a young tall fella with glasses, I cannot recall his name - Great service, very knowledgeable and I went away with 4 new plants - bloody great experience - Thank you Anthony Clark ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It is nice to have a big household chain nearby. It opened just several years ago. So, a nice new big store.
It is a shame that it is the only one hardware chain present in Australia, means as a monopoly they can set the pricing they want.

Great service from Steve C, who could not do enough for me in the plumbing area great to have service with a smile again.
