I recently had a fantastic experience with Hoppy Days Brewing Shop. Their extensive selection, competitive prices, and prompt delivery impressed me. But what truly stood out was their exceptional service.

Here’s an example: I unintentionally copied a flawed recipe, overlooking the excessive crystal/caramel malt and insufficient base malt. Hoppy Days noticed this during order preparation and promptly called me. They explained the issue (insufficient diastatic strength for mashing) and offered a solution. Their thoughtfulness saved me from ruining a brew and wasting materials.

Wanted some distilling supplies in a hurry - there was wide range available in store and much more on-line. Helpful advice and tips were not a problem. Staff were attentive and listened to my novice questions and provided good solutions. Will return for more botanicals, equipment etc.

Wide range of products, very competitive prices, willing and helpful advice given when asked, and exceptional customer service (all orders delivered within two to three days in suburban Brisbane, sometimes next day). Highly recommend for all home brewing requirements.

Ordered 3 times and have received all 3 orders the next day in Brisbane. They are very quick at processing and sending your order which is means its not sitting around for to long. Haven't been over there to the store but planning to at some point in the future.

Also to note, quality of product after doing 2 brews is better then previous brew store. Range of grains and hops is also impressive and the ordering system is easy to use!

Arrived in 2 days (ordered late in the day) in a vacuum bag AND bubble wrap AND foil wrap. Even put the yeast in a small ziplock bag. Hops from hoppy days always very fresh also. Highly recommended!!!

Today I was there to collect my grain bill, and Dan had the (real smoke) BBQ going, several newbies were standing around watching the demo of how to make real beer from malted grain and there was a selection of Steve's latest beers available for sampling - which I did :-)

I've been a home brewer for about 2 years and a customer for Hoppy days for a similar period of time.

Every experience I have with them reinforces my thought that they are one of the best operators for home brewing in Australia.

Their staff are excellent and helpful at every level of experience. Starting as a complete novice, they were extremely helpful and always felt comfortable asking those beginner questions.

At a point now where im looking to make improvements to beers of my own design, they offer great advice from tweaks to equipment right through to changes or adjustments to grain/hop bills.

Not to mention, many of their own recipes are awesome.

They are competitively priced with a great product range to match.

I order on Monday and receive the order Tuesday at noon and I'm a 1000 km away.

Made another trip to Hoppy Days with my husband today. We have multiple brew stores much closer to where we live on the south side but prefer the service at Hoppy Days. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. As usual we came away today happy!

Have ordered from Hoppy Days, with Steve and the gang for around 6 years now. Order turn around is amazing. Stock levels are accurate, packing is great. Prices are good.
Just even the little things, such as the use by on the yeast on the liquid yeast, what crop year the hops are as you purchase online. Best home brew shop in Brisbane. Hope they continue to have great success for many more years of shopping.

The best homebrew shop I've found in Brisbane. Very wide range of equipment and ingredients both for brewers and those making 'essential oils' ;), great prices, even better monthly specials, efficient service and most importantly very friendly and knowledgable staff. I even look forward to the monthly newsletter as it's not just a list of what's on sale, it's also a good read.
