Visited the store today in search of the perfect bedding, with an idea in mind and on limited time. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and David helped make the whole process easier! This was truly the most enjoyable shopping adventure, with great service, knowledge and the whole experience was a breeze! Highly recommend!!

The customer service at this Pillow Talk is absolutely amazing. I could have been there for 2 hours searching for what I needed but the staff took me around in 10min, showed me all the pro/cons of each product etc. thank you!

I was purchasing at the counter when I overheard a conversation Mel was having with a customer who was unhappy. Mel went out of her way to offer to collect items from the Brown's Plains store on her way to work the following afternoon.

Kim was absolutely amazing, the best sales person I have met. Made me feel so comfortable and gave great information on the products. Ended up with a duvet, 2 sheet sets and a duvet cover because she really had the knowledge and gave us great advice on how to care for the products. Would definitely come back again, Thankyou Kim for all your help!

Came into the store the other day, had no clue what i was looking except that i needed sheets. Thanks to Deb for looking after me, she was so helpful and really knew her stuff! I am loving the sheets i bought and cant thank her enough for how informative she was.

The best ever customer service. I was greeted at the door by the store manager who asked what I was after. She then lead me to the goods and explained the options. After I made my selections, she took all the items from me and carried them for me to the checkout where she personally rang through my purchase and then gave me a discount. I couldn't have been treated better had I been royalty. So rare to experience customer service like this. I had just come from another similar store where the place was a mess and I couldn't find the item I wanted. So it was a delightful surprise. Thank you for turning my day around.

I love the girls at Mt Gravatt Pillow Talk, I especially love Kim! she is always so patient with me while I take hours trying to make my mind up about which quilt cover I want next.

Absolutely fantastic service - Debbie is wonderful and went out of her way to assist me with an item that was in another store - between herself and another lady I was able to collect it from Debbie the next day!! Keep up the excellent work ladies.

My partner and I went into pillow talk late on a Thursday night and were lucky enough to be served by the delightful Gen. She was so genuine and helpful despite it being closing time and still went up and beyond for us, ensuring that we walked away with the right product at the best price. We were so incredibly thankful as we are building a new house at the moment which has been a bit of a whirlwind, it's fantastic to know that we have a new favourite stylist that we can always count on for advice!
