I purchased a lovely suitcase from Iona today. She happily listened to my grievances about my current suitcase and helped me choose a new one to accommodate my needs. I really appreciated her time considering suitcases are expensive and stay with you for a decade or so. Very please with my purchase.

I bought some Samsonite suitcases from this store quite a while ago in 2018 and lost my receipt, but I need a proof of purchase for a warranty claim with Samsonite. After 5 or 6 phone calls and speaking to a number of staff I was close to giving up trying to find a copy of my receipt for the warranty. I called again today and Danielle remembered me from my last phone call, and had gone above and beyond to find a copy of the receipt that I had lost. Thank you so much Danielle, you’re a life saver!

My partner and I were looking for a luggage and we happened to stop by the store. As soon as we walked in the store, we were greeted by a lovely lady, Danielle. She offered help and introduced us to the ones that fit our needs. Danielle was knowledge about her products. She answered our questions with friendly professional manner.

We would highly recommend this store as it has lots of options to choose from and what makes the experience exceptionally amazing was because of Danielle.

If you need luggage or anything to do with luggage. I’d strongly recommend Luggage Direct MacGregor. Lily and Danielle are both very professional, friendly and helpful. Lily helped me to locate the Tax Invoice of my Samsonite Luggage bought from the store in 2017 on 26th June 2023. I dropped my two luggages for repair on 28th June 2023. Lily arranged the repair for one 81cm & one cabinet smoothly. My friend went with me also bought one cabinet from her that day. My husband went with me on 29th June to buy another Samsonite 81cm from Lily. It was almost the time of their closing but Lily was still so patient and friend to make the transition went smoothly. I went home found wout that the name on the Tax invoice need to be altered for the tax return. I received a call from Lily yesterday (7th July) saying that my 81cm Samsonite was fixed and back to the store for collection. I was bit surprised to receive it back so quickly. I called the store this afternoon (8th July) to alter my Tax Invoice. Although Lily was not there, Danielle is also very professional, friendly and helpful and it only took less than 30 minutes from my phone call to receive my updated Tax Invoice. Later, my husband and I travelled to the store to collect my 81cm Samsonite. We are very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this store for anyone who need luggage or anything to do with luggage. We’re looking forward to receiving our fixed Samsonite cabinet soon.

Walked in not really knowing much about what myself and the partner wanted or needed to be honest..

Albert to the rescue, we kindly gave him the hint we where just browsing, to which he said if we needed anything he can answer our questions.. just ask.

We looked at a couple then asked for his advise to which he went into the fine detailed differences for the bags we had been looking at.. Albert also advised us of airline size limits specifically. Super handy information.

Went last weekend and was served by Albert. Really good to speak with someone who knows the product, but also asks questions to establish what will suit you best. Left very happy with an American Tourister suitcase at a good price ($80 cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere). A pleasant experience.

Ended up getting a top of the line Samsonite super light for less than half price. They also grabbed me a new one from the back!

The asian dude was super friendly and so was the cashier chick.
