We purchased a bedside crib and were unable to erect it as a spring clip had retracted into one of the parts. We spoke to Angela at Baby Bunting Macgregor and she was so helpful. She swapped the crib over for us without any fuss and was so lovely. A big thank you to her for such excellent customer service!

Preparing for a newborn can be a very stressful period, making sure everything is right. Having a professional take care of the baby seat installation really provides peace of mind.

Very helpful staff all round , Krista was exceptional in her competence, product knowledge and very thorough and caring customer service. Krista went the extra mile and gave us the confidence and explained everything very clearly. It’s that level of help that takes a lot of the stress out of the adventure ahead. This store is lucky to have such an asset in Krista.

Called in at about 10:20am about a layby product change and had the best customer service from the lady/girl. Not only did she help me through the process but was so patient whilst I gave her a whole list of part numbers I needed to add. Thank you so much for being patient with me and being so helpful with all my questions.

I had a complete pregnancy brain malfunction when I had my car seat installed and got it put on the wrong side. I rang back and explained my error. The lady I spoke to (Ang) could not have been kinder and more understanding. I turned around and drove back and Molly fixed it for me straight away. All with a smile and complete understanding. Very happy with the service.

We are expecting our first baby in Jan so we have been going to Baby Bunting MacGregor quite regularly recently. Every (EVERY!) staff member has been extremely helpful and patient with us, always trying their best to answer all our questions, always smiling and always provide us as much information as possible. Great staff, special thanks to Casey for her customer service. Knowledgeable staff compare to other two stores (Aspley and James st) that I had been. Were greeted by the front cashier as soon as we walked in, staff were friendly and were able to help unlike in other stores that they had no idea how to serve a customer. I’m happy to drive more than 25km to visit this store than 5km to Aspley! You feel like a valued customer here. Thanks again Casey, your professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help is hard to find these day!

Amazing staff , from the moment I fell pregnant I felt so supported and assisted in my choices for my first born. A special shout out to Donna , who assisted me in my desperate time of need and making sure my Medela Flex pump arrived for me and followed it up within 24 hours to make it happen ( you just saved me another case of mastitis and that means everything to me . ) also another shout out to Nikita she has also just been nothing but helpful , always greats me with a smile .
