Had the pleasure of being served by Gabby this afternoon at Toyworld, Kessels Road store. She went over and above looking for a toy that my granddaughter wanted. Such a pleasant shopping experience, thank you 😊

Had a great experience today with Karlee, was really helpful in sourcing items over the phone and had them at the counter for us when we arrived and even got a cheeky upsell or two in with some great recommendations and was really helpful and patient while we got set up on afterpay, great energy, really enthusiastic and a really good attitude 😀

Been several times as the staff are excellent. There is a good toy selection for kids but what you might not expect is the excellent range of board games and puzzles. Dan(?) is always genuinely helpful and puts lots of thought into his recommendations.

Such an incredible choice of lego & toys with the staff so knowledgeable and helpful. ✨

Was looking for a plush Oscar the Grouch and Heidi was very helpful. She rang around and found one for us and were able to pick it up that evening. Thank you Heidi, you are amazing. 🙃

This shop has hands down one of the best assortments of puzzles and board games in Brisbane. Daniel is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping his customers find just the right product. I love visiting this place.

Rarely go to a toy shop these days but went there to pick up a card game and was surprised by the level of customer service by the staff. Definitely will be coming sooner than I generally would.

Friend staff, lots of toy variety, definitely lots of squishmallow varieties. They were helpful and tried to find this specific squishmallow for me. Quick service, not too busy.

Came in late on a Thursday and was served by a guy around my own age, 40-50? He was so helpful. Thank you it was appreciated, and yes... got what we needed. I hope people make the effort to go to this store, they had what I needed when no one else did.

Hi. I just wanted to congratulate your store regarding on of your employees, Sharon. She is an absolute asset to your company and went above and beyond in helping me and my father.

She found the two items that we have been looking for, for a long time. She took time out and went and searched the back of the store and found the toys we needed.

I have had bad experiences at other stores previously and was hesitant in walking in to another.

Also, Tash at Indooroopilly was awesome as well. Helped us out more than what was expected.

Daniel is a huge assets to this store and we love all of our interactions with him. For years we have been coming across town to visit this store just because of his game reviews. We are a family of six with children aged 4-13 and he has never missed the mark when recommending a board or card game for us. We will always take the trip across town because we know it’s worth it to come home with a great game based on his recommendations. Customer Service is the reason we chose Brick and Mortar over online pricing.

What a great store. First time there. The customer service was excellent. So refreshing to have someone genuinely want to help. Much appreciated.

The customer service here is outstanding, this is now my go-to toy shop. I was looking for Rollercoaster Challenge as a gift, but couldn't find anywhere with stock. I phoned here as a last roll of the dice before giving up. Lorelle said they had one according to the computer, but she checked the shelf while I was on the phone and it wasn't there. She asked another staff member to have a quick look but they couldn't find it either. While waiting she checked other stores but the only one with stock was an hour drive away, so she took my number and said they'd find it and call me back. A few minutes later she called back, they found it and would hold it for me. When I arrived Lorelle was waiting outside with an elderly customer, making sure she got her taxi home safely :) that speaks volumes about how they look after customers here.
