I'm truly grateful for the staff here! They are not only enthusiastic but also incredibly attentive. They helped me find a buffet table I've been searching for a long time, and it fits perfectly in my home. Exceptional service; I'm thoroughly satisfied!

I am still in awe of the amount of help we received from the beautiful Robyn and Sandra. My husband and I walked in with a dream and left with the best reality! Customer service isn’t appreciated as much as it should be, and when you meet people like these ladies the hope in genuine people is restored.

Today I went in to Eureka at Macgregor. Where I was greeted by two delightful ladies. Sharon assisted me. Checking on me to see if I could locate what I was looking for. The whole time she had a friendly smile on her face. Sharon was happy to answer all my questions throughout my purchase. Thank you Sharon it is so nice to go into a store and to be treated so well

My experience with Sharyn was exceptional, she’s always willing to help and goes out of her way to provide the best service even if I’m just walking in for a browse. Today I finally purchased something with her and the process was very efficient.

When I was shopping, Yvonne assisted me and helped me choose the bench I had always wanted to buy. she is a very patient girl who can sensitively capture the needs of customers. Thanks again for her helpful recommendations.

This is the second time we have used Eureka Furniture (MacGregor) to purchase items for around the house. Their furniture is excellent quality and prices are very good. The service is always outstanding and again Sharyn was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable of the products and offerings.

The staff was very attentive to your needs. The manager Sandra was lovely looking after us from the day we purchased and delivered the furniture was on time. We love the quality of the Eureka Furniture highly recommended to everyone.

We were greeted at the door of Eureka furniture at MacGregor with big friendly smiles from both ladies at the counter, my two and a half year old followed us into the store immediately Sharyn offered her a balloon making her day- and yes it is still being carted around 48 hours later and known as “the balloon the lovely lady gave me at the chair shop”. Sharyn asked if we needed a hand and we politely said we were just looking for the time being- we had no idea what we wanted until we found the Provence range. Sharyn went above and beyond to accomodate us with the purchase of our new pieces, no pressure and exceptional service. I will drive 3 hours again for any of our other furniture just for the customer service provided by Sharyn.

Sharyn is so down to earth and patient. We didn't feel forced into a sale. Sharyn deserves a pay rise or bonus for her quality service. Communication was amazing also!
