Lume is a fantastic outdoor furniture shop. Has so much stock to choose from. The staff have a great knowledge of their stock & were able to recommend just the correct setting for my patio space. They have a wonderful selection of outdoor cushions. Gave me great suggestions of how to keep my furniture clean. Delivery was communicated very well & all furniture placed where I wanted it.

After looking at outdoor settings for months and seeing nothing that suited, we walked into Lume and found an amazing range of furniture. We purchased that day and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality and style. The whole experience was great. The staff are friendly, know their products and are easy to deal with.

The range of furniture in Lume is amazing across all price ranges and the staff are outstanding... friendly, helpful, knowledgeable on the products and patient when the customer is trying to decide on which of the awesome furniture items to buy. I would shop there again and have recommended to friends and family.

Lume have such a beautiful, quality range at good value for money - everything we needed for our outdoor living areas, including loads of lovely decor options. Lume is the best outdoor furniture store I have been to. So much variety and top quality. The staff know their products and are great to deal with. We have shopped here several times this year and will always come back to see what new products are in in store.

Our experience with Lume Outdoor Living was great! From the moment we walked in to the store until we received our furniture, all the staff, especially Shari and Lisa made every effort to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. They were personable with their customer service and support, they returned phone calls and did what they said they would. I’m extremely happy with our furniture. They’re a little gem! We follow LUME outdoor furniture on Instagram and quite often inspired by the designs, Ideas and layout that we see posted. We have been in the 'very long' process of renovating and redesigning various aspects of our home - 'still a work in progress :)' So we headed into LUME Mt Gravatt to get some ideas and options. We were greeted by Nicole and her team with a huge welcome and chatted about what we were looking to achieve. The support and service we received from Nicole was fantastic. It goes without saying that we were able to pick up a few nice pieces for our current Reno’s and Nicole is still continuing to help with some additional design aspects.
To say that she has provided us with great ideas and great service is an understatement. She is passionate about what she does and sharing her creativity and designs with others to achieve beautiful spaces at home.

No task too difficult for Lume!

Leone - absolutely amazing, I wandered over from amart display after it being completely abandoned, and I’m really glad I did.
I was on FaceTime with my wife trying to figure out what it was we needed, after the call finished I walked into the shop to meet Leone having a light read of her book (quiet time of day).
We paced front and back of store trying to stick within my budget I originally had set.

But after careful consultation from Leone it was bought to my attention that what I wanted was not really in my budget and I really respect that, as I’ve always been a buy once cry once kinda guy.

Family owned matters, support the local guys, they go above and beyond, not only that they will take into consideration what you need and work with you.

So much so I originally bought 2 chairs and a table, but my daughter wanted one too, so I had to go get another one.

The Team @ Lume are most definitely worth paying a visit.

And I’m really glad that the umart showroom was unattended and I walked over, as I am one happy customer! And you won’t be disappointed

I recently purchased an L-shaped setting, with 2 ottomans and a single chair. Then went back for cushions! I had checked out many other businesses but Lume had a really nice range of choice. The staff couldn't be faulted, so helpful when I needed them but they also gave me space and time to 'ponder' and 'try it out' in store. Very happy, thankyou Lume.

Great selection of outdoor furniture and rugs with many different types to choose from. Something to suit most tastes and styles. We purchased an outdoor rug to put on our deck and found that Lume had a good variety to choose from at affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

A delightful experience shopping for a new outdoor setting at Lume Outdoor Living. Great variety of stock. The staff were lovely, let me browse in peace, but helped when I needed it. I was told the set would take about 10-14 days to arrive but it came in two, would you believe? I was so impressed. Even the delivery man was helpful and friendly. So happy with my setting and will definitely shop there again.

Leone and her team at Lume were so helpful. A friendly greeting was followed up with suggestions and several options that other stores could not offer. We thought the quality of the furniture was very good and that they had stock ready to go made our choice so simple. To top it off our new patio table and chairs were delivered within an hour of purchase - so impressed and would highly recommend anyone to check out their range.

We were looking for a quality outdoor dining setting and while we paid more than anticipated, the quality of the product appears to be 5 star. From the minute we walked in the store, we were attended to promptly and efficiently and we walked out very happy with our purchase particularly that it was in stock and we wouldn't have to wait for it to be supplied. As an added bonus the delivery men were friendly, polite and very willing to please. Thank you Lume for a very positive shopping experience from beginning to end.

I have given this rating because of my positive experience with the staff and the great environment they have created around outdoor furniture. They were well informed about the products available and the pros and cons of these when assisting me in making a selection. They also sell a wide range of accessories and products to protect and maintain furniture exposed to the outdoors. There was no pressure to buy and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lume Outdoor Living to others.

Fantastic experience! We bought outdoor table and chair set and recliners. Women in the store were helpful, friendly and obviously work well together as a team. Travelled all the way from Tweed to pick up our goods and hesitant about getting them on the Ute. Bill at the storage shed was an absolute champion!! He helped to get it all on the Ute with extra padding, tape and safely secured. Thank you all so much. We are pleased we took the time to shop around and find the right place.
