Green Garden Childcare

I have been sending my children to green garden for over two years now. The staff are friendly, warm, trustworthy and make me feel at ease when dropping them off early in the mornings! My children are excited to go and are so happy when we pick them up. I believe it has been beneficial for my children’s development, socially and cognitively. The facilities that the centre offers was what initially interested me. There is lots of space in the inside rooms and the outdoor areas are a bonus, which is where my kids really love to play!
I couldn’t recommend this daycare facility more and will happily send my kids here until they are ready for school!

This centre is fantastic. The team are so beautiful. The nursery has three play environments—the older rooms of the centre share three outdoor areas, one undercover. I love the outdoor areas.

My child started at this service when I returned to work at the start of the year and already, I have been put at ease knowing that he is in the best care. His needs are met; he is happy and cared for and already so comfortable. The experiences have been fun and enticing, and I love seeing the photos throughout the day.

All the educators are very friendly, warm and have really taken care of our daughter. We have seen significant improvement in her development both cognitive and socially. She is genuinely happy to be here. As first time parents, it is very important for us to find a childcare that we could trust and luckily we found this.

A great place for your children to learn and develop all kinds of skills as they grow into a young toddlers. The staff are excellent and I know my 1 year old son is safe in their hands. The center is always clean (as much as it can be with babies) and I have no doubt that their practices are up to standard. They use an app for parents to track their children and it's great to see them post photos daily of the activities and skills my son is learning. The manager is easy to talk to and provided me with all the information I needed before I sent my son there. Overall I think it's an absolutely fantastic day care and will be sending my future children here.

I just wanted to thank the staff for all that they do for us. My daughter always comes home saying how good her day was and that she loves her teachers so much. That miss niki is her best friend and she loves arts and crafts and playing outside. She’s always keen to go in every day and I truly appreciate this as a working mum with guilt from sending them in everyday. My daughter achieved a massive milestone for us as we have been practicing songs and counting with her daily with no progress but something must have clicked because to my surprise this morning I woke up to her singing her abcs perfectly from her bed. She then did this again 3 times, again perfectly !! We’re so proud of her. She’s started to memorise songs and numbers and we’re ecstatic. Thankyou again

So happy with our experience in Green Gardens daycare in Penrith. I had a tour and orientation day in the daycare and I got all information I needed by friendly staff in the centre. My 2 year old son has not been separated from family so far and I was so anxious when I first enrolled him to daycare. Surprisingly, he loved the daycare in the very first day. Considering he does not speak English at home, I thought he is not going to love the daycare, but he loved it. His teachers are wonderful and keep updating us about his progress, his meals and nappy change times. I strongly recommend this beautiful childcare. My child loves the centre, the updates in the app the centre uses are so handy and love seeing them through the day.
And all the staff are so kind and helpful!

It's one of the best childcare provider in my area. I recently moved my child from a childcare she didn't like to go and since going to green garden she loves her days spent at this childcare. Team at green garden has been utmost professional and caring towards my child.
I enrolled my daughter in the lockdown time, so I couldn’t get to see the center or meet the teachers but talking to the manager through the phone has made me feels so welcomed in and when I met everyone on my daughter first day of attending and we were very welcomed my daughter went straight in she was so happy 😁 teachers were very kind and helpful ❤
And what I most like about this center is they send you notifications on the app whatever your kid does and when you go to pickup your child they will tell you about your child day with a big smile on their face 🤗🤗

This centre is a brilliant place to work, during my time in this industry I have never felt so welcome. I look forward to coming in everyday!!
The community surrounding the centre is also wonderful, everyone gets involved to give the children the best learning experiences possible!!

I just want to thank the team at Green Garden Penrith. My child has learnt so much in her time at the centre and everyday comes home having learnt something new. Thank you again!

I had the worst experience at Green garden childcare where i have to follow-up for emails sent to the Centre Director of penrith who is very unprofessional. She never replies for any query emails and i have follow-up for the incorrect charges of CCS been done and Green garden charges deposit prior admission and on exit it releases after all the deductions after 2 weeks and for that too few emails have to be sent. Centre professional is unprofessional and unethical, negative approach.

Areas are very dirty where they put baby. Our child would always get sick there.

Don't even think they feed Baby there. Whenever baby comes back, she would be very hungry.

Never again!! Spare your children health and avoid this place.

The day I viewed the centre a staff member was yelling at the babies multiple times.
I was disgusted a centre allows children and babies to be treated in such a manner.
